I booked a two-week vacation with my family at this facility in November 2019 that I paid for directly. Following the COVID pandemic that no one could have predicted, I lost my father in March and am unable to travel this summer. I requested an arrangement to move my stay to another date, the facility categorically refuses any refund or date travel. They cashed the money and leave their customers in disarray. Unacceptable.

Terribly disappointed

Just coming to the end of another lovely stay in the Vista Das Ondas.As a family of 7 with 5 young children, these apartments never disappoint and helped make what was always going to be a very busy holiday, very enjoyable. The kids loved the pool especially the kiddies pool which is plenty big enough and our youngest especially loved the on-site play area.The pool bathroom facilities are always kept spotless like the rest of the apartment complex.When the Algarve sun is at its highest, it is also nice to relax under the shade of the lovely tree's which are part of the landscaped gardens. The excellent security gates and doors provide that extra level of comfort. As for the village of Olhos d'agua, there is nothing else to say other than we risked our sanity by flying our 5 young children ( 4 under 4!!!) Just to get back to this beautiful part of the world. Lovely runs in the morning, fabulous food by day and nice relaxing strolls down to the beach in the evenings. Already planning our next trip.

Fun for all the family

Family friendly self catering apartments with dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and oven. Balcony with view of street (can see sea) or pool. Nice pool area, both clean and calm. Lovely place to stay.

Family friendly

Well equipped apartment, lovely pool area. Great location for beach/s, shops and restaurants. Local bust stop at the end of the street with regular services to Vilamoura/Faro and Albufeira, as well as the open top sight seeing bus.

Lovely apartment, great location

We rented apartment 105 for 2 weeks in September, the apartment was well equipped and centrally located.  Good kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, wifi worked well.   We were met at the airport and returned at the end of our holiday by a very efficient shuttle service.

Excellent apartment

Excellent experience can't fault it. Very clean, friendly staff, great location close to all amenities. Have been here before and will be back. No car needed as everything is within walking distance. 👍

Apartment well located, close to restaurants and shops. Clean and tidy. There was nothing missing in the kitchen for cooking, etc. The area was rather quiet. Swimming pool very nice (toilets and shower), unfortunately at 9 no longer there is a free sun lounger, guests take care of the sun loungers despite the fact that the rules and regulations are not allowed. They take up the sunbeds at the time going to dinner etc. and other guests have no place. the problem was with Wi Fi but resolved as a result at the end of the stay. Carer apartamnet very friendly and helpful. I would recommend!

Very cool

I'm disappointed I barely let you know since April I've booked for visas das ondas for my kids and me but being given that there's that for the english natalia nothing understood and m put my kids and me at her father's nothing to do with visas das ondas brief 1550 euros for cabrita apartments and not visas das ondas I'm disappointed 

Not admissible

We rented apartment 103 in Vista Das Ondas in June. We could not have been happier. From the very beginning to the very end, it was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. The apartment is extremely well equipped. It evens comes with its own washer/dryer and dishwasher. The fact that the apartment has a bath as well as a shower meant that getting ready to go for a meal in the evening was a pleasure and not the usual run of the mill, hot water cold water experience of some hotels we have stayed at in the area. If you wanted to stay in and cook a meal yourself then the apartment has everything you would need. Other plus features for us were the fact that the balcony overlooks the pool and has a side sea view. The sun shines directly onto the balcony from first thing in a morning through to the afternoon. Therefore it is cooler in the evening and after a long day in the sun round the complexes own swimming pool, for us this was perfect. The sun was on the swimming pool until approximately 19:00.  Contact with Niamh, the owner was extremely professional. All emails were answered almost immediately and even though we arrived out of normal hours, all the information we received about where to pick up keys and info on door codes meant access to the apartment was hassle free and so was the rest of our holiday. We will definitely be back.
