Not to recommend because no one at the reception knew about the booking. Unfriendly and bad English. The rooms were dirty. Not family friendly because you don't feel welcome. You feel like in prison. The place is nice.

Poor service unfriendly dirty

Stayed here for 2 weeks on a business trip and the staff could not have been any more friendly, polite and accommodating. 
Hope to return soon

Best staff in Romania 

Straight from the '90 this hotel get some exterior polish but inside it's all horrible worn out and rotten (see photos). Unfortunately the same applies to customer services as I had the mischance to experience.
Do yourselves a good and avoid it.


So modest, so disappointing... 

Exceeded our expectations! Very clean, very comfy. Employees were outstanding, helpful and polite. Definitely a recommendation!
Ah, and they have parking spots, everybody does get one! There is a sauna and a small gym. The front of the hotel has a small garden, it's a pleasure to have a morning coffee with a view to the sea :-)

Excellent choice!

Meanwhile I stayed here a couple of times for business.
I feel it’s a good value for money place, with basic but clean rooms. The location close to the beach makes it great in summer, but also in the colder months it gives a great opportunity to take a stroll in the morning or evening, before or after work.

Nice hotel, great location

We spent 8 night at this hotel. 
(+) The location of the hotel is very good near a very nice beach,
Room was big, modern, clean and the furniture was almost new,
The bed sheets were changed every 3 days and arranged each day. The towels were changed every day.
The balcony was very big and had a modern touch by use of glass. Also the bathroom was large, new and the shower cabin was nice.
The front garden of the hotel offers lots of resting places and all was green.
The staff was very nice and helpfull.
(-) We waren't allowed to see the breakfast offer before we pay for it. The food was good but it was the same every day. 
The shower is the fixed type and does not allow an easy use.

Deffenetly we will come here again if the case.

Better than its 3 star raring

A very nice hotel, the room was big and very nice, very clean, bathroom was clean and big too. we had many towels and slipper. everything was good.
The only bad thing was that the cleaning lady just came in the room when we were still sleeping. A little pricey too but with good location.

A 2 night stay in Mangalia

For us, this location it's the best choice.
The hotel is near the beach. In 2 minutes you can already swim. The hotel room is very clean. Quiet zone. Beautiful view. We We'll come back next summer. I'll let you some pictures. Mangalia is very clean.  Bad points: the balcony with town view is so small, I can say it don't exists.

Beautiful location

Nice hotel, with a very good location, almost on the beach - you just need to go down some stairs for it. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are plenty of restaurants near by. The room and the bathroom are spacious and nicely decorated. Nothing exceptional, but OK. There is no elevator so it is not very convenient when you have to carry luggage to the third level.

Good 3 stars hotel

The main strength of this hotel is definitely the location, as to go to the beach you have to cross the road (not crowded) and go down a staircase and you have to go to the beach.
