The area in which the hotel is located is very sloping, so guests can use the hotel's cable car to go to the beach, the upper station of which is located opposite the hotel entrance. Also at the entrance to the hotel there is a public transport stop "Marat". Not far from the hotel there is a vegetable market, shops and a pharmacy.
