I went on a tour where they said: 2-seat standard with amenities in the room, condo, breakfasts included in the price. When I arrived it was revealed that the administrator was not even aware of my settlement, the first day lived in a 4-seat room, then moved to a 2-seat room, but both were categories of economy-low air conditioner, lower than the sanctuary in the room (shower and toilet on the floor at 5!!!).

They booked a room, and it turned out that it was impossible to live because of the heat and the wind. The hostess didn't pay back the advance payment, came home, got bored, threatened with connections.

When we arrived, it turned out that the time of the trip was two hours different from the site to the big side. Breakfast was not included in the price, which was different from the site again. Olga said that this was a mistake of the site. While we were waiting for settlements, Olga tried with all her might to convince us to enter her room. I don't know what the customer did, but we didn't want to send us back (we two, me and my girlfriend).

Awful service.

Olga, Tatiana, Mikhail, Elena Ivanovna and all the members of the Villa Gloria team are huge youngsters!!! We happened to be in this quiet and cozy little place by chance in the middle of the night and were very pleased with the hospitality and hospitality of the hotel owners! Great rooms meeting all the standards of the hotel business, home delicious food, evening program on request for adults and children, step by step access to the cleanest sea, age-old pine trees, clean air and silence... the list of hotel dignitaries can be endless!!! I highly recommend not going there! There are many disadvantages. Problems with water supply, sanitation, no room cleaning. The food is disgusting. The staff lives their lives. The services provided are not worth the money the customer pays.
