There was a guesthouse at the hotel, Catherine's, a very, very bad hotel. Don't contact me. Bad staff, lighting is poor.

Bad body.

I stayed in the guest house Katryn for 10 days from 08.01.2020. Very pleased, the price-quality ratio is excellent. The price includes a delicious breakfast on the menu, not to mention my wife. Clean, cozy. Convenient location: up to the stop of 30 meters, I even got to the ski boots without any problems, the storage camera was not wasted. Thank you very much staff, young people.

Good hotel.

I noticed that it's not a typical room, but a Deluxe. It was chosen because of the slippers and the fridge. But there were no slippers or the fridge in the room. Okay, let's assume that they overpaid for the Deluxe interior. Between the tile floor and the laminate floor there is a metal threshold, which is attached to the dupeles. Part of the dupeles is missing, one dupeles is not twisted and I wore socks on it. She's glad that this dupelet panel was filled with water from my feet, not my children's feet.

Number doesn 't match description

We went together, the location was very convenient, near the hotel was a red field stop, nearby was a dining room and a pizza place with a good kitchen and prices. Also nearby was a magnet and a 24-hour-a-day restaurant. The hotel itself had a great breakfast. You could also bring a mountain thermos and a sandwich. The hotel itself had a warm room where ski equipment would dry up quickly. And the most important thing was the attitude towards the customers.

How I found a guest house, I don't remember, but it was fate) The owners, Natalia and Denis, kind-hearted people, such young people!!! Everything is very warm, homey. They feed, drink, sleep))) The location of the house is just perfect, right at the stop!

We spent a few days in the guest house of Catherine, thank you so much to Dennis and Natalie for the reception! The soul of the hotel managers feels absolutely in everything. The home kitchen, warmth, coziness, atmosphere! I didn't want to leave. Basically: the rooms are warm, there are TVs, there is hot water without interruptions, there is a ski storage room. We cleaned the room every day. On the top floor there is a cozy lounge, you can eat, but you can just spend time.

A real guesthouse.

We don't recommend renting apartments from the owner of apartment 8, first of all, it's cold in the room! The warm floors are broken, it's in the basement, not even the first floor.

We were Catherine's guests twice, earth and sky, were very surprised at how much the guest house has changed since our last stay (beginning of 2017), it has become much cozier, warmer. More restrained and local interior, a friendly meeting of the owners, delicious breakfasts and even a vegetarian won't be hungry. The management takes into account the peculiarities of its guests.

!!! The new guidance is a big change!!!

The next day the room started to smell. The next day you noticed that on the walls of the house there were mushrooms!!! The kitchen is located on the top of the building in a very clean and uncluttered way. The owner can still arrange transportation and transfer. We arrived at the hotel in less than 20 minutes by taxi, but you can get in touch with 200 guests.

Abhorrent Treatment of Guests

The hotel has a good location (near the bus stops at Kr.Poljan and Adler, Sochi.The stop is called Classroom,just opposite it is the hotel) From the airport to the Red Plains buses 105 and 135 (go about an hour,cost about 150 rubles).The buses go about every 20-30 minutes.You can also get to the skips or take a taxi.Get out of the taxi Classroom,through the road this hotel.The staff at the hotel is friendly Normal Wi-Fi Tasteful and shower food,thanks for cooking.You can use the teapot.
