Dear travelers! Be careful! The total irresponsibility of the staff at the reception. 19 August 2020 Aeroflot moved the flight to Moscow due to technical problems, the exact time of departure was not known. So a part of the passengers were taken to the hotel Caucasus and told to rest, with the reception will call us when the bus comes after us. Not only that we were stuck for a long time, but we also forgot to call and say that the bus arrived.

Temporary stay in connection with the transfer of departure

The manager at the reception was frank, and then after we settled down, it turned out that there was no hot water in the hotel, and at first the same manager tried to prove to me that the water had to be poured for 10 minutes, but then he said that there really wasn't any water.

Get away from this hotel.

The room was very clean, the hotel itself was beautiful and cozy. The location is very convenient, there is a parking lot, a store, a park next door. But a few minuses still worth fixing: the water pressure in the sink is bad, the room itself is quite cool, only one outlet by the door.

Convenient location, clean room

I was booking through Booking. Until I arrived, I didn't ask for money! I arrived at the hotel before the time of settlement. However, there were NO objections! I waited a little while until the room was ready. The staff was very friendly! From the administrator of Svetlana to the security service.

Center, that's the point!

Before we left for home, we stayed for one night. It was a very good impression. The loyalty program when we booked got us a luxury room at a ridiculous price.

The Caucasus Hotel in Minsk.

Was staying there before and after mountain tracking. 
Hotel is a "cost effective" choice. You get good service for a good price. Location is 15 minutes by foot from railroad station and 15 minutes by taxi from airport. In vicinity there are enough places to have a quick snack of full-course meal. 

The only thing I want to complain about is a hot water supply. It was not stable and it was "little bit warm" at best during my first night there. My friend staying one floor above said "it was cold". Second night 10 days later situation with water was better. Still not "hot" but at least "really warm" water was available.

Good enough

We stayed at the hotel for three days. We had a very pleasant atmosphere, we were greeted with a friendly, clean and cozy atmosphere. The hotel was very conveniently located. It was within walking distance of the railway station, a few kilometers from the airport (Yandex Taxi Comfort 150r from the hotel to the airport). When we arrived we found that the light in the bathroom was not on.

What you need for tourists.

We were on a day trip to the Mineral Waters. We stopped at the Hotel Caucasus. Everything's at the highest level. Everything's brilliant. Big rooms. Good breakfast to choose from.

Luxury hotel in the city centre

Stayed 2 nights at Hotel Kavkaz on our way to Elbrus. Got great room, great service and best food we've had in Russia! Thank you for your hospitality! Laundry was done in 2 hours for only 20 GBP and we got champagne with local fruits to our room. From this location the airport is 15 min away by taxi and the city can be browsed in 2 hours walk. The hotel restaurant was surprising, serving the best local food we've had. People generally don't speak english but everybody is very patient and google translate helps a lot. 

Great location, great service!

Stayed at this hotel a couple of times. Good rooms. Nothing extra, everything you need to eat. It's almost in the city center, next to the administration. The room is clean, the furniture is nice. The prices are democratic. If I go to the Ministry of Water again, I'd love to stay at this hotel.
