1. The owner as well as the room manager are really nice persons. They are very helpful, respectful, polite, and trustworthy. The room manager waited for me for the check-in until 11 p.m.
2. The apartment is quite spacious with 4 rooms (bedroom, kitchen, guestroom with sofa, and a small common entrance) plus bathroom.
3. A quite place.
