Maskaga Guest house is a two-storey townhouse, which is located in the village of Nakhtukhaevskoye, in the golf village of Predgorye on the territory of the Raevsky Golf Club. The guest house is located between two cities - Novorossiysk and Anapa, within transport accessibility to both cities. The sandy beach of the Black Sea can be reached by car.

The first floor includes common areas, including a terrace with a lawn. The second floor is a bedroom and an office. Accommodation for up to 2 people or families up to 4 people is offered. There is an attic floor where you can retire to read or relax. The art residence is part of the creative cluster of southern Russia and attracts the attention of artists. Works and art objects of contemporary art are presented, most of the works can be bought.

On the territory adjacent to the guest house there is a golf club with a 9-hole course. Beginners and professionals can play golf. There is a golf cart rental service, respectively, you can ride on the territory of the club and the golf village, get to the lake. In addition, there is a tennis court and a pickleball field. There is a kitchen for cooking on your own. There is a restaurant on the territory of the golf club where you can eat or order takeaway food. There is a picnic area by the lake. Staff at the guest house can arrange a transfer upon request.
