Unfortunately, the hotel in 2020 is not working. It used to be a very beautiful area, a swimming pool, a building, now everything is closed and running. I really want to hope that this is temporary and that the hotel can still be restored to what it was originally intended for.

The hotel was a great place to relax with the family at this wonderful hotel in early July. Everything was very pleasant: the staff was friendly and responsive, the room was cleaned daily, the towels changed every day. The restaurant featured an all-inclusive system. The kitchen was excellent-domestic.

A wonderful vacation on the Black Sea coast

The family stayed in a luxury room with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains from the window, a comfortable room. The change of the beach towels was daily. They ate in a restaurant on the all included system, very tasty at home with an unlimited amount of red and white wine. The staff were polite and responsive, good guarded parking.

I want to express my gratitude!. Due to family circumstances I was forced to leave. I went to a meeting!!. Thank you to Asa and Anna for supporting and caring for me and all the girls administrators!. Although the vacation was short, but positive impressions remained!. The room was clean, the food was good (fresh, there was always meat and fish). Thank you to the restaurant administrator Aslan for organizing the service!. The beach was clean, lounges and umbrellas were personally installed wherever she asked!). There was an animation for children and adults.

I'm used to going abroad, so the cost of living + flying is clearly not in our resort's favor. Somehow it's definitely not at 5*.. There's no complaints about it. The service doesn 't match the price.

It's awful!!! We paid such money all included. The staff is awful, we got street girls who are completely incompetent in their work. At the beach cafe, where you can supposedly get water!!!to what we were told: You only get water from 11 o'clock! The bar on the pool area is not clear what for! One orange juice, the rest is hard to carry! And the kitchen doesn't work on the pool area. I mean everything is included!!! And in the end nothing works! People, well, do the beach.

The hotel itself is good, the rooms are big, the territory is small, but green. Many trees, tuys, olives. But the service is just awful. For the whole hotel there are three waiting rooms. They are cleaned once every three days if you have time to ask, Cleaning is to replace the towels, and throw out the garbage. To wipe the floor you have to ask! The underwear does not change. The dining room is a poor choice of food, the fruits are cut thin and they are always few. If something is finished it is not in a hurry to bring a replacement, you have to ask! On the dryer table she has a sausage and a cookie cake. Vegetables are not tasty, although it would seem that in the southern season they have to be other children.
