It is very difficult for people who come for business from Moscow to perceive little moving, speaking in a tone unsuitable for the situation administrator at the reception and client of the staff. A person approached 3 times to pay for the room for the arrival of the next day colleagues. As a result, 3 times he was not paid, he went to work and did not solve this question! This situation is beyond my consciousness! Explain to the female administrators that they are administrators in Penza, not the owners of the Mariot network, and that the service is very important even for a small city in the province.

The hotel is in the city centre, overlooking the coastline. The rooms are as clean as the hotel. The food is excellent. There's everything you need in the room. On the ground floor there's a cooler, next to the hotel there's a magnet shop. All the sights are within walking distance.

It's a good hotel.

I had to check in with my manager in advance, and I had to get into the budget and prepare the necessary documents. The hotel was quiet.
