One-room flat is located on the 4th floor of a 6-storey building, designed for 3 people. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard. The flat was renovated in April 2023, new bed, new orthopedic mattress, fresh bed linen and towels.
There is a double bed 160x200, sofa bed 130x180, gas cooker with electric ignition, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, hairdryer, iron, storage water heater, LSD TV with 120 channels, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. If guests are travelling by car, parking is available in the free car park.
