We used to live in apartments -- these little apartments with kitchen corners on the first floor of a house. The price was a little bit low, but it was hard to find cheaper for the May holidays. The downside was a very thin wall next to the hall, the neighbors talking on your pillow. And the location was in a pretty wild place, on the edge of civilization.

It's a nice place.

Today, 03.01.2021, we booked a room in this hotel in advance. We looked at the reviews and the location, but apparently it was written by the owners themselves. The hotel is located in a central building that is not to be confused with the parking lot, the building circle, the dirt and the rubble. But that's not even the worst. We arrived at 2:00 p.m. for the reception. The girl from the reception went to smoke and disappeared for 10 minutes. We paid for the room. And then they told us that the room wasn't ready and we had to wait another 30 minutes. After 50 minutes their cleaner was gone. The room wasn't ready.

That is disgusting!!!!

Please be careful. Changing living conditions, camaraderie, refusal of accommodation and hatred of your pets are guaranteed. Residence has been booked in advance and informed of the pet's presence. For every case, the dog has been called and specified. With arrival at the hotel, surprises have begun. Room in a half-dove room, refusal in case of disagreement, lack of accommodation documents and threats in case of angry feedback.

Watch out for hotels like this.

The hotel is new, all the rooms are luxurious in themselves, but the hotel as a whole has disadvantages, namely: 1. When registering you can't pay for a card settlement; 2. The location is unsuccessful: far from everything and there is nothing nearby; 3. Breakfast is cheap and not worth your money; 4. Considering the above: unjustifiably expensive hotel.

Far away, dear.

When the navigator drove us to some boilerplate, the new buildings and the end of geography, my husband and I were a little discouraged. We were traveling at the end of September, just when after the unreal heat had cooled down sharply and suffocated. It was scary to leave the car next to the building, afraid that with such a wind something would fly, but it was expensive. The hotel itself is clean, looks fresh.

This is a nice hotel.

We stayed for two nights. The rooms were small, but very clean and cozy. Despite the heat, the room wasn't sticky. There was a parking lot. Breakfast was very tasty, you had to arrange with the staff in advance. You could make free tea and coffee.

Thanks to the administrators. The hotel is very cozy👌. The atmosphere is home. It is 1 minute drive from the Centre, but now the buildings are going around and the view of the surrounding space - spoiled. Although it is not visible from the inside. There is no air conditioning, but even in sunny summer days it was sleeping well👌. Around the quiet, sleeping - great. We took a stay without breakfast, while delicious coffee was drunk with joy.

It's like home.

A cozy hotel, clean rooms and polite staff. It looks like a boiler room next door. It's quite close to the city center. The rooms have everything for convenience (fans, TV, fast Wi-Fi, heater and sloppy beds).

A good hotel for not much money.

The rooms are of good size, bright, clean. On cool nights there is a heater, comfortable beds. Excellent new hotel in a quiet place within walking distance of the sights

We were in the green and pink apartment for just one night, but had a great experience. The flat is extremely comfy, very well designed and equipped, the bathroom has a spacy shower and the kitchenette has all the needed equipment. 

The only little downsides, if you may call them so, are the building, that can look a bit sketchy at first but it's just a high populated area, and the bathroom noises that happen everytime you flush or open the water, probably due to new plumbing.
