We got to the hotel door, and the booking was confirmed by email, but the hotel didn't call me, and they took the booking off, and our room was sold, and we weren't allowed on the premises, and they didn't apologize.

I haven't been humiliated like this in a long time.

All the good reviews date back to a couple of years ago, what is it now?. In some rooms there are no mosquito nets, here and in our luxury there was no, with the windows closed it's sticky, you can't open it, because mosquitoes fly right away. The food is worse than the hospital, there's no choice, for 1 guest 1 serving of something (colorful cabbage with mayonnaise and a broth and a salad of beetroot and marinated cucumbers).

It's sad.

They rented a mansion in the summer of 2019 and were pleasantly surprised by the cozy service, the hot water sink, the interesting mansion, plenty of places to stroll around the ponds, a skilled landscape designer, and the vegetation and a bit of farmland with animals.

Rest in nature

We stayed with my husband for one night at the Eco Hotel Konovalovo. We booked through the website Hotels.com. We liked it, but at the reception we were very surprised that we booked a room at them, so they didn't wait for us. And they were surprised at the price at which they sold us a room with breakfast on the website. But they gave us a very good room and they gave us a very good breakfast. We liked it very much. We wanted to rest with the whole family and we ordered through the website Hotels.com again for two days.

The hotel's misbehaviour.

I think the hotel is perfect for the event, because it's small. 14 rooms in the main building, a cottage for 5 bedrooms and 2 more rooms in the bathroom. You can rent a wedding, you can rent a cottage for a birthday. The company will have fun here: fishing, shackles, bathing, sports pitch. There's a beautiful balcony for holding ceremonies and even a chapel. Everything is new, clean and well-kept. Plus the food is not standard for suburban hotels. And the cream is just magical! To attract single guests to the hotel you really need to add entertainment. For example, a pool. Of course, a pool can't be built in an instant. So what a people's factory you can get around with children then.

Nice room and food, but not much fun.

A nice hotel, a good room (with the disadvantages: no switches near the bed, the shower cabin was not working at full capacity), a beautiful home kitchen, cozy, emphasized family atmosphere, a great children's playroom. The area is cozy, but quite small. You can come for a couple of days, relax from the hustle.

It's a very nice, clean and cozy hotel, nice area. It's got its own farm and homemade produce. You can relax with the company (banja). The prices are higher than average for this place, but if that doesn't bother you, it's fine!
