The hotel was very nice! Modern, very responsive staff. We came to my DR, the hotel provided us with a room with a high comfort with a view of the sea and a cake) Very nice and pleasant! The rooms are beautiful: all clean, comfortable beds, white linen, slippers, robes. We had only breakfast, very varied and tasty! Among the disadvantages: 1) the wifi didn't work. 2) the spa center and pool area is very small for such a large room base.

It's a beautiful modern hotel.

All superfood, swimming pool and winter and summer, cams, sites, animation for kids! staff at the height...populated before 14:00.

The best hotel on the coast within budget

We lived in a New York building, everything was great, a great restaurant, and a convenient quick mountain transfer, and a small disadvantage: it's very tight in the spa, the sauna doesn't warm up because people are coming in and out all the time, and the hotel's ski shed is free, it's a small disadvantage, but there's an option to put the equipment in the luggage room.

It's a great place, a non-invasive European service.

The staff works for five points. The bartenders are big guys! The rooms are well cleaned. I lived in a semi-luxury room, the room is spacious. The only thing is that in many rooms there was a strange smell of cats. My complaint was immediately responded to, they did a humid cleaning of the carrot again, but it didn't help much. I think the hotel administration needs to pay attention to ventilation. And to carry out a major maintenance of the system. I think it's the source of the bad smell in many rooms. Well, everything else is very good. And the spa is excellent.

Not bad for a conference.

There was room 815, overlooking the sea, above the restaurant. The restaurant's drawer is just awful. It's noisy 24 hours a day. Sleeping on an open balcony is just not possible. As a suggestion to hotel owners - look in the direction of noise and vibration insulation for the car. Maybe this will help somehow reduce the noise level. Now about food - it's all good, BUT it's all fat (even fighting from the fast menu in the lobby), there's no steam dishes. If you're being honest, steam dishes are still there, but in such a minimal amount that they taste very good every time in 2.5 seconds after the restaurant opens. Sometimes there's nothing to hide a child (ventilation or a flashing card is not a good food, which is why you don't eat in the main hallway), but in the kitchen, you can see a little bit of the green in the room with a little bit of the green in it.

Noisy restaurant pull and lack of dietary food

After a three-day vacation in Sochi, I decided to spend it on the beach at the Bridge Hotel - booking and settlement went by quickly and without problems. I asked for a room in the main cabin, but since I booked through the booking - the room was not changed - I settled in the building in Rome. The room is good, the room is quite spacious and everything is in it... Nearby is a beachfront, cafes, bike rental amusement park - I liked everything except food - people were very much, so I had to look for a place and run to look for something to eat, the quality of food leaves you want the best for the four of the summer hotel... but on the beachfront there are many cafes - a choice of any kind of snacks, in the shops and shops with food available... The overall rating is good...

The second time at the Bridge Hotel...

Excellent hotel, attentive staff didn't think the resorts of Krasnodar could reach this level.

A good hotel, a great place, a large area with children's playgrounds, to hand over to the sea. A great view of the sea, what is in the mountains. A great spa, with a closed and open pool. Clean rooms. Modest staff throughout the hotel. Good guarding, timely cleaning of rooms. There was good animation for the children. It was nice to listen to live music in the main hall. It was very nice when I was greeted by the hotel with a card and a piece of cake on my birthday. Thank you very much! Now I want to tell you about the minutes: I didn't like the food in the restaurant, cooked with no flavor, not for four stars, and this very often figures in the hotel's question of the guests, after the architects, but I think it's worth noting about the quality of the food in the hotel, so if you don't like the quality of the hotel, you don't have to think about it anymore.

It's not bad at all.

The hotel is not bad in general. But the level of 4 stars does not correspond to the corridors of this level. We are also settled in the Tokyo building. It seems that the hotel administration has not visited this building for a long time. When you get into the building, you get the impression that you are in a student dormitory, not a 4-star hotel. For this level of hotel, carpet covering is not allowed in corridors with a large area with a purple color. There are also drains on the walls. When you get into the building you should get the smell of ideas, and not send a balcony room, it was very dirty to get out of the bathrooms when you are not in the building.

There's something to strive for!

Great leisure and childcare facilities, good food with a variety of choices, good location, free ski bus shuttle, service and staff at an unusually high level for Russian conditions.
