The price of a night is quite acceptable if you just leave your stuff and go for a walk.
What was bad
The ad says one address, and you're actually going to another. Plus the entrance is not marked outside. I had to call the administrator, and she was telling me where to go, what to orient myself to. Otherwise, they wouldn't find it.

I've been trying to settle down for a long time, because it turns out that you have to get the keys somewhere else. It's dirty, I've seen cockroaches. There's no net in the window, so either you die from the ghost or you're an expert mosquito.

The kitchen is unpleasant to cook... not a bed, but a dead couch, a simple one-bedroom shed, a room that is oppressive... relatively... cruelty in everything!

What was bad
We didn't get to Ligovsky 55, our room was busy. We were settled in Nevsky 139. Two two-story beds, toilet and shower common (the website said in the room). There's no staff at all, everything dirty in the toilet smells, the shower curtain in the mold, the boiler restricts hot water and everyone's short, the kitchen is dirty. There's no common fan.
Thanks for your feedback, but we don't have a shower and bathroom number, you got the same number as you booked! We only have a boiler in case the hot water is off! The fan was probably in the room with one of the tenants. We have common access fumigators on the shelf and all questions should be addressed to the central receptionist.
