Because the administrators are frankly frozen hams (taking money and no more involvement), there's no owner to control this mess, the rooms are dirty, they're typically cleaned, even the toilet didn't go to wash) the picture doesn't match the reality, the food is full of Mr. and Mrs. Destroys with the swimmers, the black doesn't clean, and the cooked ones, like the kettles with one conglomerate, the rice and the greens were unripe, the vermischels are all mixed up, the sausages are like the rest of the most dirty dishes here, but there was always someone, the kids were always hungry), 3 people distributed food.

It's awful!

The rooms are very small, smelly, with dirty mattresses and disgusting plumbing! Cleaning in the room once every 5 days, not even garbage is removed from the room! about cosmetics-so even liquid we didn't give!!they save on everything! Personal hams! They can send text! They are paid for, we have to pay in 10 days, although in fact we were 9 and got out of the hotel at 5 a.m.! It's useless to argue with them about this!

Fear and horror

The hotel's convenient location makes the holiday quite comfortable,the road to the sea passes through the shopping rows,which is very convenient and takes 7-10 minutes.The hotel itself is a bit away from the driveway and the entertainment establishments.The staff is attentive and polite.The rooms are clean, there is a small swimming pool.

I went there for the second time this year, and it was clear that the hotel had improved several times, had been repaired and all the flaws corrected. It was very comfortable before, but it was even better!You can't keep quiet about the staff who will always help (even during the fasting time of the day) and will gladly support any conversation you have.

The administrator comes at every step, an unpleasant two-person woman, now one, in 5 minutes completely different (may be memory problems?). Such a terrible vacation we have not had right away. In the rooms and at the dining room there are probably no good anti-sanitary conditions. On Thursdays and Thursdays, anyone could have returned to the bathroom.

It's a terrible place, even the tongue doesn't turn to call it a hotel.

We stayed in this hotel with our family, two kids and we're two adults, tea for the whole hotel One who was all packed in 2 cm, and I asked the manager in advance if there was a tea in the room, it was 1 for the whole hotel, in the room on the first day of rest we found that there was no water in the bathroom, then the toilet didn't wash the water, we often turned off the light, the food was terrible pigs would like,,, ordered breakfast on the menu and brought in another breakfast what my kids ate did not start!!!

The hotel Esenin. It's right to call it the Author's Hotel Esenin. The owners try to stick to their theme - everything about Esenin. My husband and I and the children got the Anna Snegin room. The room was very pleasant. True, if someone likes modern style, it's not at the address. Here is such a vintage style. But that's all the beauty. When you're tired of the city, relaxing in such a warm home environment is a pleasure. Especially that all the amenities in the presence are air conditioning, hot water without interruptions. Enjoyed the refrigerator in the room. Well, and of course the pool. The children were delighted! Thank you Autumn for our excellent holidays!
