A hotel where you can feel like the hero of the novel Idiot

The receptionist at the reception does not at all hide that you are not pleased. No detailed information about breakfast, wi-fi and password to him we did not receive. 2. Only accept cash, had to go to the ATM (but for the sake of justice it should be said that on booking it was plump and our negligence was really to blame). 3. The most terrible thing: yellow towels, solid bed linen-stained, with yellow, unintelligible smell, color and unacceptable to the hotel.

When Comfort is only in the name of the room

We stayed for one night, booked two rooms. When we entered the room, at first glance it seemed like nothing, but we had to get to bed, on the way we found that the blanket was in black casings, the seal was torn off, the stains on the walls... and it was very cold that we had to ask for a heater!

The room is half a meter wider than the bed, the bathroom door opens halfway (mixes the bed), the walls are cardboard, soundproofing is zero. The price is just unbelievable (from today's x4) using the fact that there are no more holidays and places in other hotels.

The room we got didn't quite match the description. Five or six square meters, almost completely occupied with the bed. There was no hot water. They waited for half an hour for breakfast, and they didn't wait and left. Very thin walls - we could hear literally every sound from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The maps don't accept - we had to run around the area at night looking for a ATM. Not three stars, just a dumpster. A complete disappointment!

It's awful!

The hotel's most magnificent location. Around all the sights of the city - temples, museums, monasteries, you are basically in an open-air museum. Despite being in the very center of the city, the hotel is very quiet, as traffic is limited and only allowed to residents of the hotel and nearby houses. In 50 meters, the city has famous hills where you can skate with children. Several types of rooms were chosen. Standards are small, comfortable and improved - spacious with spacious bathrooms, in rooms warm and quiet. Breakfast is high quality, but uniform. But this is not a problem, as there are dozens of popular tourists and tourist establishments around.

We went to Yaroslavl for the first time. Spontaneously decided to stop at this place and were very disappointed. The walls were terribly thin. We heard literally all the sounds of our neighbors. The bedding was a hole, mold in the bathroom. We were asked to cancel the armor, which we were refused with a ham tone.
