Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Booking and check-in conditions:
Mandatory prepayment in the amount of the amount for the stay of the first night.
Check-in is made no later than 10:00 РМ. A later check-in is possible by prior agreement with the Landlord, before making an advance payment.

Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not accommodated, and the prepayment made earlier is not refundable.

Free cancellation of the reservation is carried out no later than 24 hours before the day of arrival.
If the booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the day of arrival, the prepayment is not refundable. Check-in day is calculated from 02:00 РМ.
Refusal to pay for the entire stay and / or security deposit is considered a refusal to move in. In this case, check-in is not made, and the prepayment made earlier is not refundable.
A change in the period of residence in a smaller direction is carried out upon prior notice no later than 48 hours. The day of departure is calculated from 12:00 РМ.
With a later notice of a reduction in the period of stay, payment for the remaining unused nights is not refundable.
Extension of stay is subject to prior agreement and subject to availability.

For 1 or 2 people, 1 set of bed linen is provided. For an additional set of bed linen and towels, an additional fee of RUB 200.00 is charged.
