I was there with my 7 friends that I always go for a holiday (summer or winter) but this accommodation left a bitter taste.
First of all, location is a peaceful village/small town near the Austrian and Italian border, in the Triglav national park. For skiing, you go to a village of Mojstrana (25min of walk from the apartment or 5min by car). There is a small 600m long ski slope that costs 12€ par day (9-16) to skii, or 10€ for 3hours skiing in the evening (18-21h). It's not a slope for complete beginners and we couldn't rent skiis in Mojstrana (Kofler sport said they don't rent them, albeit their web page says different). Or you can go and skii in Kranjska gora (32€ per day ticket and a lot of more of slopes).
If you don't ski, you have the town and lake of Bled and Bohinj, and the Vršić pass (1650m) to go into the Triglav mountains for a walk.
My apartment was for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen with dinning area. 4 nights, 210€/night over new years period. The check-in times are late (17:00 and later) and  check-out is early (7-9:00) but OK, we accepted that. The owners had 3 dogs (siberian samoyed) which were nice to us. They probably like the lower temps, which you will find that was our main culprit for a bad review while staying in Apartments Triglav.
When you enter the lobby, you have to get rid of your footwear and take the in-house slippers (which were cleaned I hope). Overall in the apartment it was cold in the rooms, I have a watch that has a temp. sensor and when it was -10° outside, rooms were heated to 16°C, and during the day it rose to 18°C, never above (even during the day when the temp was over 0°C). Because of this + the thin slippers I had doubled the socks on my feet and still was cold. On the third day, 3 of 6 of us got sick and "burned" up to 39°C (I was one of them unfortunately). There was additional linen to use for the soaked beds from sweating. As I can see, the owners accused us of theft although we put them folded on the beds (with the original ones) when we left the apartment. The beds were OK, little short and not wide (~120-140cm for 2 people).
The dinning room was the warmest since we socialized there and cooked but due to no ventilation in the kitchen, you had to open the only window to get rid of the smoke. Out of 4 rings to cook on, we could use only two (2 of them were on natural gas but there wasn't a bottle installed) so we prepared the dinner in two apartments (one couple got an another studio app so there was 6+2 of us). The oven was a little slow, since only one heater worked (upper one). Other appliances worked fine and there was enough quality kitchenware for us 6 to cook and eat, make coffee and tea. 
Since there was 6 of us in this attic apartment, when we showered, the heating went down, and the vent in the bathroom rumbled and sucked all the warm air so it was cold to shower which means I was extra fast in and out. Also, not a bathroom for tall people (6ft/182cm+) since you are in the attic.
For some reason, there was a fly infestation since day one. During the first morning we found 20+ dead flies in the dinning area (15+ on the only window in the kitchen, table and seating bench), and every day we were there, the chandelier had more and more dead flies. Owner says it was due to opening the window, but I assure you, no flies were entering the house, only trying to leave it :D. We opened the windows during cooking for less than 5minutes because it was cold as hell outside and fast it would become cold inside. I had to kill 2-3 flies in the bedroom everyday but that windows wasn't opened for a second.

Parking is nice, WI-FI with internet was good to check the tourist attractions.

Too bad on the third day we found an apartment in Kranjska gora, 10m from the slopes for 150€/night in the same period and same number of persons. That was a big downer and we found out the hard way we overpaid for our stay in Dovje, probably because of the 3rd bedroom.
No luck for me in Slovenia, 2 out of 2 for me where I was cold like hell in the apartment during winter. No wonder the sayings say that "Gorenjci" are sparing/economical :) . Too bad since the mountains there are astonishing, and Bled and Bohinj are great places to visit. Therefore, visit only in summer or warmer periods.

Good if you just sleep there and are out of the house for the whole day (for winter only)

I was there with couple of friends. The room temperature was 16 Celsius all the time,  even after we complained.  Rooms were full of flies.  We had electric/gas stove but there was no gas and the oven took ages to heat up.  Terrible doesn't describe this accomodation good enough.

After a hectic year we looked to find a place where we could really chill-out. We found it. Thank you Marko and Radka for a brilliant stay. Dovje is an idyllic small alpine village that does not pretend to be anything else. It doesn't need to! The studio apartments themselves at Triglav Apartments are somewhat small-ish, but have everything you really need. There is just so much to do locally - or not as needs be! We really look forward to returning, as well as telling close friends and family of our very enjoyable stay. Slovenia also gets an overall 10/10 from us. We met some wonderful people - both locally, and fellow travelers.
