Everything was perfect from the staff to the food to the stay itself and the location. I wouldn't think twice about coming back. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. The admin lady was very helpful and hands on. Made sure that we were comfortable 

Best stay ever

I highly recommend N4 Guest Lodge for it's super nice location. The receptionist is lovely and the rest of the staff is friendly. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. I would definitely book there again.

Funny smell in room
No towels.... would think for the price.... I did not have to pack my own towels for a quick overnight.

On arrival...after booking over the internet..... can't book if you do not pay... .I was told I still need to pay....



Not so happy

We Enjoyed swimming and taking pictures but we were disappointed with the fact that there is no cooking facilities.i think the rooms are due for renovations and provide curtains in all toilets. Thanks

Renovations

Booked a room in September 2021 for 2 nights.  The room was marked triple sleeper and we booked for 2 adults.  Only to find that the beds are single beds and nowhere on the website it stipulates that.  Queried the owner and they could not change anything.  The owner said they will refund us but till today no refund and this is because we gave them a bad review and rightfully so due to misleading information.  The owner is rude and no respect for customers.

Appalling Service and Bad Attitude

N4 guest lodge is a great place to stay in. I was there with my family. They are still talking about it to this day. The place is cool. We were treated like the only guests there. We liked everything about the place. The rooms were perfect. We enjoyed everything. Ella was great n a good multi Tasker. She made sure that our stay is memorable. Mommy loved her more as she was even helping her down the stairs. She played my mom's favorite song at breakfast. From the bookings until we arrived we were assisted by Esme^. She was patient n loving. Will visit soon, my kids also agree. I wish there was somewhere I could post our adventure on this side.

There rooms were ridiculously small and raggedy. there was no door separating the bathroom to the room. The toilet did not flush properly. Booking was a hassle and did not get good assistance. Even if you need a quick place to crash for the night I would not recommend this place. I am very disappointed.

Worst experience by far

not what we expected,rooms are so small, no door separating bathroom/toilet from the room.the spiders and small
insects was a real concern, no aircon, very small fans. for that price not worth it. will not go back

disappointing

The room smelled like a cigarette, it was horrible. We only slept one night but the clothes kept the smell. Besides, it looked directly at a big climb of the N4. All night we heard the engines of the trucks that were climbing up penibly. Finally, breakfast was catastrophic: very little choice and the bacon and eggs from the day before I asked to be heated in the microwave because they were almost cold. The steering wheel is not very pleasant.

Absolutely avoided!

I found the 3 bed room very claustrophobic. 3beds and no place to move. The adjoining bathroom toilet had no door which I found quite disturbing.  The property however is in a lovely location. There are braaing - barbecuing facilities next to the pool which is very nice. Even though there is a microwave and fridge in the room there is no place to prepare food or to eat.
