Booked the apartment we had back in March and because we were there were able to view apartment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again. Was in an area that we like to be in and would find it difficult to be negative.

June holiday

We travelled for Christmas and New Year for 9 days. We were in room 208 on the first floor. The apartment was clean and well equipped for our needs. No air con (but we knew that and wouldn't need it at that time of year anyway)   There's no wifi but we purchased the package for €40 per week and it worked fine. The bed was very comfortable and the pull down double in the lounge was also very good. Plenty of linen and bedding.  Brand new fridge/freezer and cooker. The pool was very quiet, clean, no smoking etc with plenty of sun loungers and some shade which was excellent. You could take your own drinks etc down with you should you wish. The view was lovely onto a cove and small beach (Las Galgas 2 minutes walk) and the balcony was big enough for a 4 seater table unfortunately there was only one lounger. When we were thee we only got the sun on the balcony from around 3 until sunset. 

Now to the SMELL of sewerage from the bathroom. It was awful and was very unpleasant when you had to use the loo (you'd be in and out as quickly as possible). We called and complained and Christine our very helpful and friendly contact sent a maintenance man came and used some silicon to plug up a gap from the pipe to the washing machine. It didn't help. We complained again and asked to be moved, however there were no free apartments. We eventually covered over the wall vent, kept sink and bath plugs in, blocked up overflows and jammed tissue into any chinks in tile grout but to no avail!  Eventually we had to leave the door to the bathroom and the patio door open all the time to vent the place which helped marginally. At check out time I complained again and was told that 'it's a problem here' which was disappointing as they obviously know there's an issue.  Essentially I don't think this can be fixed especially as there are other reviewers saying exactly the same. As one other reviewer wrote, it's a toss up to whether you can live with the smell or not. Well I can't and won't be back but my husband wants me to say that it didn't bother him too much - maybe he can go back next year and I'll go to the posh Hard Rock Hotel across the road" ;-)

My overall rating is a 2 because of the smell. It would have been a 4 otherwise

Lovely location, fine apartment, DISGUSTING SMELL INSIDE

Well furnished apartment with everything needed for a short stay or longer. The wonderful view from the large terrace allows us to enjoy it from the morning coffee to a glass of wine at dinner! We recommend this place with a recommendation to all guests to be more quiet and comply with other in the hotel!

Great apartment with unique views of the ocean !

It is the view to wow for. Our third visit and we would come again. Not to this apartment though. Well equipped and very comfortable. Representive very helpful. Now to the smell. Mostly early morning and early evening balcony unusable: a pervasive smell of sewage.
We were here for a month and seemed to be every day.
The question is can the stunning view overcome the abhorence of the smell?

The appartment was great with all the comforts of home even a washing machine,iron, ironing board. and huge fan,hair dryer 42inch flat screen tv and a great big balcony with table and chairs and sunbed with a great sea view.         The pool was on the other side of the appartments and had lots of sunbeds that you could take your pick any time of day and never got busy. The local resturants and cafes were great with realy tasty dishes at fare prices.                           The down side was the building work in the area was everywhere but it dident bother us we had a fantastic time . There is a great bus service (every 20minutes) that go's everywhere for a couple of quid which we used a few times to go to the lively resorts . I would love to go back in a year or so when the building work is finnished but not at the moment. 27/08/2016

Great Appartment

The apartment was fantastic with all the comforts of home including a washing machine, iron grinder, grinder axle. and large fan, hair dryer, 42 inch flat screen tv and a large balcony with table and chairs and beds with a fantastic view of the sea. The pool was on the other side of the apartments and had a lot of beds that you could choose at any time of the day without ever finding it occupied. The local restaurants and bars were really great, with tasty dishes at fair prices. The only negative aspect was the construction work in the area was everywhere but it didn't bother us, we were found very well. There is an excellent bus service (every 20 minutes) that takes us everywhere a couple of pounds that we used a couple of times in the course of the year (27/2016).

It's a great apartment.

It's a nice location: near the beach, two steps from the supermarket, to the airport by car. It's a good place to explore the island. It's a public beach with no amenities, but the room had a bloating mattress, a beach umbrella and a crib. The entrance to the sea is rocky, so I recommend you bring your swimming shoes. There's a spacious terrace with furniture and sea views, there's a folding curtain on it, so even in the middle of the day it's nice to sit or lie in a lounge. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. The key to the beach didn't work, it often had to come back through the street. There's no Wi-Fi and you have to walk into the main building. It's a good choice.

Apartamentos Mirador is part of the Paraiso del Sur complex. This complex consists of a height and 2 storey building, which are actually Apartamentos Mirador. Personally, I think renting apartments on the 1st floor is not fun at all: the apartment is showery, the view of the slave net behind which tourists walk.

The complex is right by the sea, with a swimming pool, a pharmacy, a barber shop and a supermarket.

We stayed in the Mirador apartments in August, what saves this accommodation are the views of the beach and the proximity to it. The bad is the unbearable heat in the room, there is no air conditioning and the ceiling fan is decorated because it doesn't work at all. I should also point out that the shower is disappointing, when you come from the beach what you want is to give you a good shower, but here we couldn't fulfill it because it only took a chorrin of nothing and you had to stand for half an hour to get rid of the soap on your head and the beach. The water chain didn't work well because it was a bad spot. The old days are another thing we couldn't understand that you were uncomfortable... sleeping and the next day with the pain that you were suffering from.
