Not a lot to say other than it is permanently closed!! I booked a room through booking.com and only found out it was closed when i arrived at 23.30 and saw it was all locked up with no lights! Very unpleasant experience.

Hotel is no longer open!!

This is probably the best price ratio I have ever taken at a hotel. The hotel is very well situated, just across the street to be close to the beach. The room and bathroom were impeccable. a splendid sea view from our charming little balcony!! I give a special mention to the hotel's restaurant manager and the server: very friendly and professional. The receptionist was super hospitable and very helpful, perfectly measuring the language. I highly recommend this establishment and I strongly advise you to eat at the hotel which is a thousand times better than the restaurants in the city centre.

My friends and I booked a 6 bedroom apartment to fit 9 people, there were only 6 of us and we quickly realised 9 would have been a squeeze. 2 bathrooms, none ensuite and one bathroom had poor water pressure and a terrible shower which the host told us about on arrival.

The balcony was big enough and had a lovely view of the beach, however there is a busy road between the apartments and the beach and the road is noisy day and night, if you happen to be in the front bedroom you will struggle to get a decent nights sleep as even at 3am in the morning the traffic roars by. 

The apartment has no safe and I was uneasy about this as there was nowhere secure for our valuables, passports etc.

No maid service unless you stay a week or more so bare that in mind before booking as its not made clear.

Workmen were in an out the apartment building all day due to renovation work going on, they start at 7.30 on the dot, so if you are planning on having a long lie or relaxing morning you can forget it.

Not the best

We booked this hotel purely for its location opposite the beach and right next to city center. I booked the 5 bed room apartment on the 5th floor overlooking the beach, it had 2 double bedrooms and 3 singles, a kitchen and a big big lounge area with a nice balcony overlooking the beach. It was perfect for our needs, two couples and two children, yes it is not 4 or 5 star and is a bit tired but we only paid £200 for a night at the end of July. We were met on time at 2.30 pm and shown around by our host who could not have been more helpful. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others on a budget, if money is no problem stay at the Melia opposite and pay 2 to 3 times more.  .   .

Great stay in Alicante

I don't understand why people don't write the truth about this hotel if you can call it that, the city center is about 6.7 km away the means are there and there aren't, the hotel area is isolated and nothing but moving, I had half board breakfast and dinner off the charts I mean dinner, I forgot the famous shining corridor that leads to the thrilling rooms as you can see from the photo posted, let's not talk about double bed rooms that, while sleeping, risk falling in the middle,

This hotel is very well located, opposite the beach and a few steps from the city centre.Common transport is 50 metres.The hotel is simple but clean, the staff is friendly, the price is very good.The breakfast is light rather than taking it outside for the same price and more copious.

excellent geographical location

Central location right in front of the beach of Postiguet (just cross the road and you are already at the sea) and 50 meters from the bus stop No. C6 to the airport. Modest but clean rooms every day made the room. Breakfast is not included and it is convenient to go to one of the cafes in the vicinity rather than in the hotel.

It's a great hotel.

Excellent quality/price ratio. Excellent location: right in front of the beach, at the beginning of the walk and at the gates of the old town, next to the bus stop for the airport. Excellent staff: very kind, always ready for any information at any time of the day. Clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

That's all you can ask for!

The hotel is well situated, close to the centre, in front of the harbour, a few steps from all amenities and 50 metres from the bus stop from the airport.

Nice and cheap.

The location is excellent, in front of the beach, but also in the historic center of Alicante and just below its castle. The hotel is simple and without frills. Double room with air-conditioned bathroom with every comfort. Breakfast made of cappuccino and brioches.
