The room was super large with balcony, super nice temperature, authentic decoration and pieces of great historical value!!! The bed was huge and very comfortable. Everything very clean and carefully! The outdoor facilities to discover every corner, with spectacular views!!! The spectacular pool, open 24 hours a day, spacious and with beautiful views! With a bar to cool off, relaxed with the views. The vultures run down the sidewalks of the mountains near the morning and the superstar falls in love, a whole experience, being in the pool.

Luxurious sleeping in a castle!

The place is very quiet, with great views. The room is very large, accessed through the bathroom, which is huge. Which may shock in principle but seems very original to us. The fresco inside the room is thanks to the tremendous heat of these days. As for the restaurant, very recommended, they have no extensive charter but everything is very rich. The staff is very friendly and attentive. In the pool area, which is a delight, there is a small viewpoint to which we went at night to see the stars, incredible.... The only one that sticks to the access road, which is already steep, is not very well cared for, many bumps.

Relaxation and tranquility guaranteed.

It was a weekend of friends. We stayed in a luxury house, mostly because of the staff's treatment, everything was convenient. The setting and decoration of the hotel are exceptional. There are some very private rooms with a garden, although some may sound difficult to access, but those of the casona mas comodas, those of the castle have a lot of charm. The small inconveniences complement the will of the hotel staff who are multidisciplinary. In general, a great experience in a little-known place.

A place with a great charm. The whole garden is filled with very beautiful corners. The whole hotel is filled with collections of forge and antique Castilian objects. The lounges have a very cozy atmosphere besides beautiful views. A great advantage are the rooftop windows that let you see the sky and the black vultures that are in this canyon. The tower is mentioned for the views and for the rehabilitation work. The dining room, breakfast and dinners were very recommended. The treatment was very pleasant and at all times very delivered. In short, a charming hotel and we will repeat it.

Encantador is the name of the game.

I have never in my life accessed a room through the toilet, let alone in a suite in a so-called 5-star hotel. The wet smell was unbearable, the dubious cleaning and the supposed views of the mountains are actually two small windows that give way to the hallway. When I ask them to change my room they tell me that it is what I have hired and that I will not change my room. I ask for the cancellation of the reservation and they tell me that no problem, that I can leave, that I will immediately...

A fool... we are saved and gone!

If you have the patience to search the hotel web carefully, you will find a message that says the hotel shows complicated accessibility for people with reduced mobility. In reality the hotel is inaccessible for people with reduced mobility. You simply won't be able to move around the hotel. It is almost inaccessible for anyone, since the road to arrival is a goat road, where if you find another vehicle in front of you you will pass the canutes (pass us). It has no services of a 5*. The room fridge doesn't work. In the first shower the suite is flooded. The pool bar is self-service (you put the drink on, you take the notes). There were only three of these in some rural hotel, but 3*. There is no personal amenities (also in the hotel).

No is a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is a wonder where it is located, in the middle of a mountain... but the attention, and the maintenance is painful... Let's say this isn't a 5 star for nothing, no staff, the bottles and jars on the pool floor, the food in the restaurant is very good, but it's a shame that everything is a little neglected, and there's no air conditioning, let's have breakfast and we'll see how the story ends.... Please keep the 5 stars running and much more.

Hotel in the middle of nature.

At least at 5 o'clock there's a shortage of staff, no reception from 8 o'clock, a pool and no maintenance, room without air, minibsr doesn't work, no hot water, regular restaurant, at last a fiasco, at least there's no environment left that's precious.
