We arrived at 4 friends on Friday 12 August at 9pm, after a long journey from Madrid, we found the hotel closed, without notice since 16 June that we had booked, a sign at the door said that we were going to a nearby hostel, beach island hostel, thanks to their good deed we were able to accommodate in a room and save the weekend.

HOTEL CERRADO,August 2016 is the first of its kind.

The location of the hotel is very good, but the hotel has two stars left over. Bad beds and pillows. Bathroom in poor condition, careless, old, no bucket to leave your toiletries. No soap, no gel, no toiletries. The room leaves much to be desired, not to mention the edredón, the blinds, no curtains and a long one etc. The terrace has good views, but nothing more than that, dirty, a bar table and two propaganda chairs of San Miguel. According to the propaganda of this hotel, it was completely renovated in 2014, less badly that it was renovated, because we don't want to think about how it was before....

Staying on the Moon

We stayed in room 303 in a wardrobe that was clean, maybe a little old, but full enough to rest with a comfortable bed, bathroom with bathtub, wedding bed. Very good views, room with terrace. Breakfast is taken up to the room, although it may be a little scarce. A skylight curtain does not come off and blocks the light too early. For 38€ it is certainly more than approved for that hotel.

 Good relationship quality price.

The hotel is old and in need of an urgent renovation. We paid 75€ (average price) and the fact that we couldn't even sleep. We were put in a room that had a compressor nearby, which made a loud noise for 24 hours (you can imagine what we slept...). The first day there was no hot water and we could barely shower. The bathtub was rotten, and if you stepped on the cracked area it hurt your feet.

Fatal Fatal

Well, the location is also very nice, but that's not the case either, and the views of the building in front were the best part of the trip. But it's not just that, the room could look like a clean room, the bathroom, the bedrooms, the bed, the bathroom, the bathroom, the bathroom, and it's not the first time I've slept in one of them (especially in very charming mountain houses if they're properly cared for), but this is not the case either, the views of the building in front were the best part of the trip.

Mediocre hotel and if you're looking for the 308...hotel location.

I can honestly say this is the worst "hotel" we have ever stayed in. We had what can only be called a seedy room where many things such as the door lock, the bath, the shower, the loo seat and the window were broken.  The place has absolutely no air conditioning so at 36 degrees our room was stifling. The floor was filthy and covered in sand and the staff seemed to be mostly young children. There was nowhere to have breakfast so it had to be brought to you room (after 9am, not when you wanted it!). It consisted of a slice of white bread toast, coffee in a paper cup, one dried up croissant between the two of us and a bottle of orange juice. The walls were paper thin so there was constant noise from other guests coming in very late. The bath did not drain so the second person having a shower was up to their shins in water.  To cap it all, after giving this hotel a poor review on Booking dot Com we were sent a note saying we had been a no-show - basically so our review would not appear next to their name. Very suspect behaviour!  What a hole!
