AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
They robbed me blind. I was late for check in. I informed them I would be. They cancelled BOTH my nights, leaving me stranded without accommodation. I couldn’t find them as their location is dubious, they don’t answer the phone and booking.com could not secure a refund. In my experience they are not be tristed. They are cowboys!!!!

Cowboys- avoid!

Avoids this company very bad and shifty do not trust they will charge you 80 euros for cleaning fees in the start. They will rob you. Do not book mark my words you will be left dissatisfied and will ruin ur holiday

Bad hotel extra charges

It's very small, but very well maintained and restored. It's basic in the furnishings however tasteful, clean is enough in four. It's uncomfortable in the bed (probably the mattress) and devoid of sight and natural lights due to a catacomb effect which, however, for a limited stay you don't suffer much anymore! All the views are on interior courtyards or cloister.

Apartment in Barcelona

The location of an apartment is great, it is near to metro and city centre is just a 10 minute walk from there. The apartment is quite good, but on the booking it was said that there is city view and there are actually windows which are not worth to be caled so. From one you can see a wall of I don't even know what, one is on a corridor of a building I guess, because in my room there was light all night comming from that window and it was really hard to fall asleep. Bed was confortable but if you moved a little it made noises. Also we had to leave luggage in barcelona locker, because the apartment staff does not have a reception. Some extra payments. And city tax got magically higher two times. Except from the location and quite ok furniture, it is not a really good apartment. 
At least the boy Javier, who gave us keys, was very kind and helpful, he recomended us some places to eat and gave us other informations we asked him. Really nice boy.

Nothing much but great location

Firstly when we walked in they tried to over charge us by €50 and tried to blame it on the tourist tax. We eventually got them to take off the cleaning charge but had to ring booking.com directly to get them to help us, however we still paid more than the price originally stated. There was no switch for the fan light in the bedrooms so we had to sleep with the lights on, when we tried to plug in the radiator it practically fell off the wall, each time we tried to use the toaster the trip switch went off, the beds were practically camp beds that made so muh noise if you made the slightest of movement, the apartment block was extremely loud and you could even hear music being played in someones room. The bathrooms and kitchen sink had a smell of sewer coming up, the photos were VERY deceiving, there is no windows and the apartment feels like its the middle of the night constantly, the bed linen had loads of stains on them and so did the couch. One of the walls next to the bed had a big chunk of plaster missing, the taps in the bathrooms were very rusted. Wouldnt recommed!

Avoid!!!!

Stayed at Centric Apartments for a few nights and the apartment itself is nice and conveniently located in the city centre which is walking distance to Placa Catalunya. Building seemed secure and the Wifi signal was strong. 

On our first night, we found that there weren't enough pillows and blankets. There are no hand towels in the kitchen nor floor mats for the bathroom. These were readily available in other apartments that we stayed in Italy so we kind of expected these to be in Barcelona too. Anyway, we let the property manager know and she was really helpful in addressing those things. 

Nice apartment but needs to be better equipped

Initially I was looking for a room with 3 beds in a hotel, but after seeing the photos of various apartments, I opted for this solution. Very clean, bright and tastefully furnished. The same costs, but with considerably larger spaces. It is a triple room with 1 double bedroom, a room with 2 double beds, a living room with sofa and flat screen TV, a very large bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink and a cooking corner with all the accessories.
