We stayed in these apartments in July and I have to say that the experience was positive. It is true that the furniture is also somewhat outdated, but the bed for example was SUPER COMODA! The apartments were clean and the pool was certainly a blessing. The apartments were perhaps a bit centrally located, but honestly it was not so tragic either....passer is very healthy and very recommended. The service was also good and by default, the best of all is that pets are allowed!

Good quality at a good price.

Especially highlighting the price, because you might expect something else as it is so cheap. It is a short walk from downtown (15 minutes walk) but the facilities are clean and all right. The reception girl is very nice. If you notice that the building is years old but that said, the price ratio is very good.

How to be at home at a very good price

We went to see my son and had to make use of this establishment, where they rented us a garage space, everything was very nice and recommended, although we did not stay in these apartments, we found them very well maintained and clean.

Very nice staff but that's not all. Clean apartment but it's starting to get old. No top climate with the heat!!!! no possibility to sleep open window because too close to neighbors. Careful with vehicles parked on the street, we had our window to break!!!! dirty neighborhood and bad traffic! The pool is not very big but attention at the end of the day has clean water I had doubts and the view is nonexistent than roofs. The situation is a little far from the beach and the city center. Litrie saw again.

Hotel located in a dirty and sad neighborhood. Very aggressive reception, see veils from the male staff of the site.The reception is only after 16 Hours!!! I recommend these apartments: Lack of hygiene, especially in the pool, or we made the unpleasant discovery of fecal matter and the staff only took the necessary measures in the evening when all the fashion had already used this service... Finally, to advise strongly!

Nice and functional apartment clean establishment the lady of the reception welcomed us with a smile nice swimming pool space the pool is not very big but enough to cool off the beach is less than 10min walk from the hotel..... neighborhood a little sad but at least c was quiet pleased with my stay in las americas, and for the price there is nothing to reproach

A good balance is a good price.

Proper and clean apartments. According to the web it was an apartment for 6 people, but in my opinion very fair. A wedding bed, 2 camitas and a sofa bed (didn't seem very comfortable). A bathroom for 6 people is very fair. The kitchen is right, but the oven is lacking...The pool is small but right...

I have booked two bedroom aparmtent with 6 beds and it was really nice, big and clean. It is too far from city center, but no problem for us as we had a car. There was also good kitchen so no problem to cook a food.

+ a spacious room, cozy and tastefully decorated, generally well-equipped kitchen (about the nuances below); + a small but good swimming pool on the upper terrace; + quite adequate, pleasant staff, communicated little but quite effectively; + a large supermarket nearby, a bus station (buses to the railway station, to Barona, all along the coast, in Girona, etc.), yes, and in general the area is quite pleasant - a corner of the real life of the local community, rather than a few reserved areas for tourists.

I'm ready to come back:)

Hotel away from everything, located in a sad and closed neighborhood. Poor accommodation. Paid parking and inconvenient. Possibility to arrive only between 4pm and 8pm. Reception staff really very unpleasant. With the charm of Blanes, don't waste your time in Las Americas and book directly in a more friendly hotel!
