We stayed in December, with temperatures below zero, and the heating was powerless. The owner promised to send someone to climb it but it didn't show up and every time I tried to contact her, she answered the call.....and we had paid for three nights!!!! We had to look for another hotel in the same street, in a hurry and at night and they didn't say anything at all. We informed the local police and posted a complaint to Consumers. Everyone can understand that if the heating is broken or any contracts are broken, but it is intolerable that no solutions are offered to you and you will not be given the time to rest until you receive the payment that you deserve.

I was treated phenomenally and everything was perfect.

There was no urgent reform. There was no receptionist in the morning or at night. Our room was a bathroom and even though it had air conditioning, we were not left with the control and we were told to call a mobile phone and a fixed that they had keys for emergencies according to a paper we could honestly get it on. We also had a feeling of lack of cleaning. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. We arrived and the heat was desperate.

I do not recommend it.

I know the no refund policy, but when a serious illness occurs, the company through which I reserve the property informs me that the property can do so.If it refuses to do so with poor education, it laughs at my situation and questions my testimony.The room is occupied and I'm paying for it.They should not rent a hotel establishment.

A policy of usury and bad faith reservation only harms the person we travel with.

It is outrageous and insulting that such a site is open to the public, and even more so if you can afford to pay 110€/2p/night by taking advantage of an event in the city when any other night pays 30€ (and that's not worth it).We booked after calling many others without an option for that night, we planned to arrive very late as they told us where the keys would be and how to enter.When we arrived it was impossible to park nearby so we went on a pilgrimage with our suitcases (it was lucky that it was only one night and it wasn't a big deal).The hotel has charm and tremendous potential, but it is completely abandoned.The hotel was a supposed suite with two bedrooms and two double bedrooms, any of them with visible mattresses that could be rented out, seemed to be quite unattractive and neglected in general, and the floor was completely covered with cars that were trying to get in the cold, so we were lucky to sleep in it, and it was not a big deal.The hotel has great potential, but it is completely abandoned.The hotel was a supposed suite with

Our stay has been positive, we've had two adults and two girls, the decoration is a past, super original, different, at least our room, which was a suite with two bedrooms joined by a door.The comfortable beds, the huge bathroom, the warm shower water, the perfect location near the center and can be parked on the street and even in the same door perfectly and without paying. If I broke the dryer and they gave me another without a problem, the only thing that at the height so the roofs and the radiators do not heat up enough (the bathroom does nothing) might not be the nice room, there is a heat pump on the roof but it is still on or not serviced.The girl who answers at any time by phone is clean and the one who is there in the afternoon is also very clean, the truth is, but the heat pumps are not the best of the year.

We had a long weekend and when we got inside we almost got a taste of what we saw, the horrible towels, no gel and no shampoo, we required them and we were told that the hand doser served as the shampoo and gel amazing eggs The beds, the mattress the cold it was, tremendous... we went to another wonderful hotel, less bad... In short, painful accommodation, I don't understand how people keep going, it's worth it that we didn't see the opinions, if not, we won't even go to bed.

I've never seen anything like this before.

The whole range of sauna beds and towels does not meet the slightest decency of a tourist accommodation. Everything is very old and indecent. Room is very cold. It is not recommended for the price they charge and the guitars they display have nothing to do with the reality of what you find there. Not to say that if you have any problems there is no one there.

No recommendable, but indecent.

There's nothing good about this hotel except for the location, old towels that don't dry, not even a few champagne and gel shots, no drinking glass, the horrible mattress, dog, must be a lot of years old, the bathroom light is very poor, the furniture is in disrepair, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

To never go back again.

We had a reservation with them that we would pay for during the same week of demonstration everything and without notice the same week three days before we canceled it because of their no recommendable amount, borders, poor attention, an authentic veguenza that of course will not go unpunished.
