It's the second time we've attended this accommodation and they've changed management. Everything is now done by mail and they don't usually pick up the phone for next visits if they call the Casa Rural La Graja de Chinchón, if they pick it up and manage it themselves. Taking this away the house is perfect! We were at BerrySpa and it was very clean and everything was very right! The jacuzzi works perfectly and the sauna too. The cave is more welcoming now than before. As small details: it would be nice if they left a straw and a little soap to scrub and some excess toilet paper... If we keep getting out of Madrid, we'll definitely repeat because it's the best thing there is in Madrid.

2° Visiting

I had a reservation for December and the previous administration called to tell me that no visit was possible due to the enclosure of this locality. I stayed with them to not cancel my reservation, of which I had already paid the bail, and to keep it in such a way that when they opened the quality the first weekend could go without a problem. The price was 2 days 270 €. What was my surprise when they opened the locality I had to call and obviously it was because the administration had changed. They wanted to give me other dates for a reservation I insisted on, and closed the price towards doses, and also increase the price to 300 €. The site will be very nice but if the administration is too serious I am afraid that it also has a very short future....

A change of management that does not respect the agreements made by previous owners with clients.

Recommended for a getaway, it's kind of an apartment. Clean, friendly and comfortable, tasteful. The only sticking point I'd put is the price, which seems a little high, but well, it's worth it. I've been several times and I'll keep going, because it's one of the best places to disconnect completely.

Chinchon spa We have romantic apartments, ideal for spending a few days dreaming with your partner Almost no need to get out of there...you have a kitchen, bathroom with bath, spa room that includes a sauna circuit and a huge hydromassage bathroom (with chromotherapy and music included) I will definitely return because I fell in love with the place Alicia is a lovely person and makes people feel super comfortable.

Romantic and welcoming.

My husband and I spent one night and everything was perfect, so to speak, but it's the caldera, which for the shower sometimes brings out the cold foam, but it's to say that the girl who waited for us warned us how to make it work well and at no point did we hide this for minor.

We stayed for a couple of days at the beginning of Holy Week in the BERRY SPA. At the entrance you will find a hall with 2 doors, the coconut jacuzzi delicious, has radio and colorful lights (a little small if you pair up with it) and on the 1st floor climbing a few steps up the Silver Spa. EL ALOJAMIENTO: Our charm, beautiful decoration, romantic and very neat little details, there were many veils, rose petals decorating the bed and even a foot of flavorful laundry for the jacuzzi. The coconut jacuzzi delicious, also has radio and colorful lights (a little small if you pair up with it). The sauna and the shower are quite small if you want to buy a few steps in the Silver Spa.

Super recommended for a romantic getaway.

He spent one night with my partner and it was all great, the kindness of the employees, the very good cleaning of the site and the spa in the room to relax.

My wife and I spent two days at the berry spa and it was idyllic.From the very first moment the house was pleasing to us.Everything was very correct and neat.The jacuzzi, sauna a delight for all the senses and the cave spectacular.I'm sure I'll say it again.Thank you to Alicia for her kindness and attention, I hope to return soon.
