The all-inclusive cocktails are garbage, disgusting, impossible to drink, junk mojito, pizza cola plus junk, San Francisco nauseabundo, I don't ask for a cocktail like in a place where you charge 8 euros, but I've been to other all-inclusive hotels and the cocktails have a pass still being machine-finished, but the mojito no le ponen ni herbabuena, ni le limon trocéado.

We took this hotel last minute although we came up with the idea that it was off season and everything would be more limited for us we brought a pleasant surprise, the buffer a great variety every day, the food very good the workers from reception, lifeguards, cleaning, waiters, maintenance and of course animators and cooks all a charm, we are very happy, we have had the great pleasure of meeting Cristina, Antonio, Elena, Javi, Ivan, Stibaliz the spectacular animation team Carlos, Arantxa, Carmen are pure joy thank you and thank you to everyone who has echoed the possibility that these days have been filled with good moments we hope to return.

We have come to this hotel with the family attracted by its offer for the little ones, slides, animation... But there are basic things that you hope will not be detailed in its description such as the cleaning. It has shone by its absence since we arrived until we have spat, room, common bathrooms... etc. I'm sorry to say that I won't return for this line of hotels.

Dirty but fun slides for kids.

The hotel is ideal for traveling with children, with its water park and slides for both young and old, although it leaves much to be desired for the facilities of the hotel in general, rooms, etc. It is a rather old hotel, the restaurant very crowded and tables and chairs very tight with no space for walking, and less with a cart.

And to our surprise we found ourselves wanting to see the football game at 9pm and that we could not see it, without giving us any explanation they said no and we had to travel to the village to find a bar to see it. And while on vacation we had to pick up the car to see a game and the consequence of not being able to even drink a beer because we have to drive. The next day we wanted to have a glass of whiskey with Coca-Cola and a gin tonic and to our surprise they told us that in a plastic glass and we were in an all-inclusive regime.

Total disappointment this year.

The interior of the hotel is as beautiful as the exterior, it is very pleasant to walk through the hallways and see the different species of plants present inside, from banana trees to adams' ribs. The pool is fantastic, it has plenty of space to swim at ease and extend the towel in the surrounding space. Although I went in August and people tend to reserve snacks, the truth is that there was never any shortage of space and anything the rescuers were available to solve the situation, previously advised by some in the sun loungers, from the reservation of the spaces. The food in the hotel is very good, there is still a lot of variety that tend to have the tendency to repeat my good food in different ways (respective of rice, chicken and beef).
