My husband and his coworkers have stayed there several times.On the nights of July 17 and 18, my husband was eaten by the bed bugs that were on the mattress.I had to go to the emergency room on Wednesday 19.When he said this, they changed his room, but our surprise was that when he left the hostel yesterday, they charged him for the whole week integrated.A shame, let's go.Obviously the months he has left there to work, neither he nor his coworkers will return.

Chinches in the mattresses

Excellent hostel at a very competitive price. Very clean rooms and with a very good smell. Changing daily towels, gel and shampoo courtesy, TV...looks more like a 2-3 star hotel than a hostel. Very friendly staff. Everyone involved was 10.The afternoon guy who checked in for us was quick and friendly. A 10 in customer service. He has parking for only 3€ a day. No doubt if I return to the area I'll stay here.

The reception staff is a charm. Simple but very clean rooms. They have a very nice common room with coffee and microwaves for your food, and also a gym. The parking is attached to the Hotel and costs 2 euros a night.

Very good quality/price ratio

Very well priced, all clean and tidy, the only drawback is that sometimes they are not available because they are usually full, it is better to go to the site and ask, sometimes booking says no hay y llegas y tienen.

It's simple, it has everything, everything is clean, very well.

If I could have a negative star option then I would definitely give them the -10 in rating due to their lies, fraud and taking money even after cancellation of the booking. They are thiefs and take people's money even after cancellation and assure them that they have cancelled it already and nothing needs to pay more.they cut money without notifying you and won't make refund.

It's Far far far away from Madrid city it's in a small village and metro connections are worst then ever nobody can even thought. One can spent more money to get it there in this village even more then the rent of a room. Unfriendly staff and ride administration. Not suitable for families and kids don't ever book with them because they will take your money even after cancellation and then misbehaved you. They are totally frauds. Even don't book them through booking.com because they don't listen anybody and take your money out from your account even without notifying you. And even after cancellation.

Fraud and thief's

It's a nice, super-clean room with a bunk on the top, a closed underground parking lot, just a little hassle, no direct access from the parking lot to the hotel, so it's best to unload your suitcases before you park the car in the parking lot, easy parking in front, very nice staff.

Very comfortable and calm

When we got to our room, we realized that the water tank was broken and the water didn't get into it, the phone of the shower was also broken, we went out and were very quick to change and/or repair the parts. The cleaning is very good, cleaning and changing daily towels. The only thing that would make the street so noisy, young people with car music on the walls... and if you end up getting the noise even though you are all locked up.

Practical and economical.

What I liked most about the accommodation was the location, the truth is that Fuenlabrada as a city has nothing to envy of cities other than its capitals, the Hostal is well located, you have just under a Mercadona and also has a pedestrian shopping area with regular shops that take you out of more than a hurry. The staff has been friendly and friendly. We stayed with a four-year-old boy for two nights, perfect for a starting point for visiting the zoo or the Warner, which is what we did, a large bed and were offered an extra crib, a 10 for the hotel.
