We visited as two couples in October for a short two night stay 
Initial impressions were of a clean, well presented apartment. However, very soon we came to feel that it was a complete victory for style over practicality 
There was a coffee machine but no kettle to make tea A saucepan was the only option to heat water. 
There was insufficient storage in the kitchen, such that glasses were found in the broom cupboard!
There was no clothes storage in bedroom 2, requiring a share of the only one in bedroom 1.
There was the remains of an incontinence undersheet on one of the single beds in bedroom 1.
Whilst we were relatively happy with  the apartment for our stay, anything longer would have been a challenge

A Case of Style over Practicality

We spent 3 nights in Granada to get to know the city.The apartments are so central that all the sights are within a few minutes.We also had a spectacular view of the Alhambra.The apartments are clean and well equipped.The airport bus stops right at the door.And a hug to Mari Carmen for the warm welcome.An Saludo Anett.

Two steps from the cathedral, with bus stop right in front and supermarket under the house. Accommodation provided with all the convenience of washing machine and dishwashers. Very kind staff and available to help us on arrival. Check in advance!!! Covered parking at 150 meters, not cheap but in the center!

Perfect location

The place is very well located and the recommendations of Mary Carmen were very helpful. The service is excellent. The apartment smells like a bathroom, a little annoying. The green lights in the living room are very bright and personally bother me to sleep.

It is the second time I have stayed here and I must say that it has been even better than the first. Since arriving at the reception, I have been served on two occasions impeccably. The lady who attended me the first time (whose number I don't remember) gave us indications on recommended places to tap, and she was right with all of them! On this second occasion, Mary Carmen has been a first. Her kindness and sympathy have ended up captivating me completely. As for the facilities of the apartments, complete, modern, clean and yet in perfect working condition. It is worth noting the humorisation of the apartments, which completely isolate the street noise.

Enchanted

The hotel is located in city centre, with convenient transportation, dining and shopping facilities nearby. It is an apartment style hotel, spacious, secure, cosy and with good view. The apartment is well equipped with kitchenware, which facilite us to cook simple dishes by ourselves. The welcoming wine, coffee capsules and tea bags made us feel at home. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable and air conditioning is warm enough. We can sleep in bed or stand in the balcony watching sunrise, sunset and castle on the hill. We will definitely re-book this hotel if we come again.

Wam and cosy hotel

The apartment that they gave us was a past one. With views of the cathedral and views of the Alhambra. The apartment is completely renovated, it is huge, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and with all kinds of details. The kitchen is fully equipped and with a cafeteria with coffee capsules, every detail. All the apartments have air conditioning of cold and heat, which makes the stay very pleasant. It made us feel at home. At the reception you are treated very closely. They explain the areas of interest of Granada and give you information about everything you need, gastronomy, events, etc. We will be back very soon!!

An unforgettable stay

The experience was amazing, the room was spectacular, very clean, tidy and beautiful, I will definitely repeat once I have a breath because the experience has been very good.

It is excellent.

We stayed for 3 days in January. 4 adults and 2 children. A privileged location. Close to the cathedral and the royal chapel. Just 900 meters from the Alhambra and the mirador de san nicolas. A 300 m. Corral de carbón, plaza bib rambla and shopping areas. That's if you want to go upstairs. All very clean beds commodes 2 televisions and the complete and new kitchen. Microwave, laundry, refrigerator and laundry room. Hair dryer, plank and flooring table and shop. Just below a driveway. Good care in express and bottle of gift wine. A 50 meter private parking lot concerted with apartments 20 € a day.

Spectacular and spectacular.

Upon first arrival, our apartment was perfect.  We had the top floor 2-bedroom apartment, number 601, in building 11.  This top floor apartment had huge balconies in the front and back of the apartment.  The front balcony had a stunning view of Alhambra in the distance, and the back balcony overlooked the Cathedral next door.  There are tables on both to enjoy the scenery. We were here for New Yearś Eve and could watch the fireworks all over the city from the balconies. There is also a washing machine in this apartment, which was a question I could not find an answer to on the website. Beds are comfy, place is clean, amazing location.  The problem was the bathroom.  The building is old and remodeled, and the toilet smelled of sewer gas when flushed. Also we could not figure out how to attach the shower head to the holder on the wall.  It did not seem to fit, so showering was difficult just holding the shower head.  The water pressure was also poor. Iḿ not sure there is much they can do about the bathroom issues. Otherwise, an amazing place.
