It's not cheap, the price ratio is bad, everyone cooks the worst dinner, of dubious quality, the hard beds with pointed mules, the fakir beds, the breakfast if you don't go down early about 6:30 in the morning don't leave anything, no croissant, no embroidery and don't answer it.

It's a nice and expensive place.

We went ahead because they were very friendly and they were very attentive, but unfortunately I would not repeat or recommend it. We ordered a menu of 30 per person. We ordered duck mouse (good) seeds with ham (soas) and lobster on the board (good texture but hard to peel). Then entrecot and churrasco. The meat is hard especially the churrasco. (They had the deference to ask us if we wanted to change it for something else which is very grateful) which we did not do.

Stayed here after collecting a rental car in Bilbao airport - less than a 30 minute drive. 
Good budget option. Clean room and bar/restaurant downstairs. There is a town close by that you can walk to, but when we walked in, in the evening none of the bars were serving food.  Would stay here again

The worst thing I've ever experienced in my life, a shame about the food we were given, the solomillo looked like a water mattress and let's not say the chocolates, no pet is given that food 6 are in mail order and 20€, a scary, embarrassing thing, this has never happened to me before.

No comer in hotel guñes

It's a pity because they're underutilized facilities, and life inside and out is only punctual, with mountain rides from their doors, bikers in their rooms, motorbikes, excellent food...

Excellent building and environment.

The small room and the tiny old TV. I'm disappointed. It didn't work most of the time. The breakfast was passing but very normal. The receptionist wasn't very pleasant. The beds were very hard and only one night I had a sore back. The proper cleaning.

Antiquated

It's a hotel that could be good but it's not. It's a hotel that could have three stars and the remaining two peaks at its own. It has a hot tub and a bathroom wall and no tiles. It has nice views and an impressive staff shortage. In the kitchen they have an exquisite lime and charge you for the golden price of the fruit. Ojo! Coca-Cola doesn't get on the menu. The lady is resolute but the gentleman is a sissy. The sheets are clean but a dusty finger on the tables.

The hotel of missed opportunities.

If, as in our case, you cannot find accommodation within 100 kilometers of Bilbao or you ask 450 euros per night in a four-star hotel in El Bocho, you resort to whatever is the case of this hotel, designed in its day to accommodate the number of travelers who, by their type of work, came to Balmaseda or Güeñes itself, when this region was the center of the furniture industry of Spain.

Hotel de polígono is located in the heart of the city.

Stayed here with a friend for one night which was one night too many
Do not make the mistake of thinking because it has Hotel above the door that is the standard of service you will receive 
If you think of it as a poor Hostel then you will be satisfied 
The whole place is in need of moderation and money spent on it
Initial contact with staff was unhelpful and there was no dinner menu although we were given a meal that was alright 
Breakfast was better than expected and the one member of staff was at least friendly and helpful
If you want to stay in accommodation that looks like it was last decorated in the 70s with mould on the bath, broken toilet seat, light switch held together with tape and a number of blown bulbs then look no further 
Avoid

Do not expect much and you won’t be dissapoined 

The hotel looks like the Adams family's house. The owner is multi-purpose, as well as a receptionist and also a barkeeper, who by the way didn't serve us even a single snack the day we arrived for lunch. The cleaning was quite right, the only thing that outside the room window we had was a nest of wasps. At night at the reception was a young man who played the eggs all his working day and served us food and drink to the room, always paying him to keep the owner from getting up to speed, so that he could get a salary. The breakfast was a regional third, a zumo and embroidery that took him there all week long. The housekeepers always worked in the living room where the family was waiting, and one of them wanted to go to the hotel, but it was better to go to the train station after the last few hours, and the best thing to do was to work with the local people.
