The first thing to strike you is the noise in the small double bedroom from the street as there’s no double glazing and it overlooks a cafeteria which opens at about 5am..  The bedroom would have been less cramped with a single bed.  The bathroom was tiny with a shower over a half bath.  The shower head pointed at the toilet.  The place needs renovating as it’s a bit tatty.  No protective cover on pillows.  Room was cold but at least there’s a floor heater.  TV was only visible if lying on the bed.  Hygiene needs improving as light switches were dirty.
Food was a bargain and very good which was a nice surprise.  Staff were excellent.  Despite it all, I’d stay again as there’s not a lot of choice in Guillena.

Tatty rooms but good food

The truth is that, reading previews, I thought I would be staying in some unfortunate, cochambered cave. I also have to say that I am a demanding person to whom nothing is worthwhile...but it is that this is an establishment with an excellent location, with a bar that prepares menus at a price that cannot be competed against (and is rich), with some kindly managers and with a room that is far from being like me that they painted me in the nets is clean, spacious and comfortable.

The best choice is the Via de la Plata.

Arrived completely exhausted. Approached the bar, where they had clearly received my phone call and understood my reservation. They took my card and I paid €21. Was shown to a smallish room, with air-conditioning, TV, nice clean bathroom and towels. It was absolutely adequate for my very tired needs. I ate in the restaurant, they did a pilgrim menu which I chose, and the three courses were each enormous! And very good. 

En Camino 

There is no street lighting to the rooms and to enter you have to climb a few narrow stairs to the first floor. as a last resort it is not bad, it is clean, but expensive for what it offers.

Peregrinando is a pilgrim.

This is a great place to stay. Great food  and rooms clean and tidy... if your on the Camino, it’s €26 for 2..bed and breakfast with private bathroom. Breakfast is basic bu plentiful... beers a €1.. just what your after when you’ve walked 20k that day.. lively bunch in the bar.. but we didn’t mind one bit! 

Cheap and cheerful

A room that looked like a torture dungeon. It had a window in the hallway where there was a lot of noise, the bed where my grandmother would sleep 60 years ago, the shower water was a line of water. The room door was only half open. There was no heating, so you put on 3 millipede mantas and an edredón that was that of the exorcist's girl after vomiting. And what to say about the smell, terrible. For that money anywhere in Spain you can spend a luxurious night. It's a robbery.

The room of the panic

While the inn has a friendly and helpful staff, the noise level coming from the bar is totally unacceptable. Between the bar and the rest of the hotel noises, it didn’t quiet down until 2AM.

Also the beds are the shortest they could find and only marginally comfortable.

Food at the bar was acceptable but not worth a trip back.

Very noisy

Room that gives outdoors, impossible to sleep, noises of cars and crowds from 6 a.m. onwards. They didn't want me to change it for the excuse of the cleaners (any accommodation I've been to allows you to change rooms for whatever reason). No heating, in the shower there's only water, you almost can't shower.

It's a horror!!

After a first leg coming out of Seville in high temperatures, we selected accomodation with location with easy location, aircon, wifi and value in mind, Francisco provided so much more. Within ten minutes we felt at home, and language no barrier, we had assustance with portage and accomodation. No need to move for dinner and for breakfast, we slept well, aircon was great and early rising posed no challenges.

An average stop on our Camino. Nothing wrong with this place. Host somewhat indifferent. Location central. Rooms clean but a bit noisy. Beds were okay.  Overall adequate accommodation. Near to Taperia deal agua which is delicious.
