Very simple hotel, the 2-3per studio called Treparriscos in which we stayed is very small with views of the kitchen rooftops. 135cm bed (and we were told it was 150cm) and 150cm sofa with mattress suitable only for children. Proportional 2 sartenes with the teflon fully raised and grasientas no fit for human use. Some beans with the bottom burned, uncleaned. The filter in the cafeteria was extremely black to the point of breaking. Breakfast and dinner we did not try it in view of the poor condition of the sartenes and glasses. The location is magnificent, but the wifi is nefarious.

Beautiful location but unfortunate management status.

This spring vacation, together with our two young boys, we wanted to leave behind our busy and hectic city lives and we discovered this lovely rural hostel in the middle of the Pyrenees mountains. The hostel location is stunning with the  360 degrees view on the high mountains (we stayed 4 nights in a family room with skylight windows), with its tranquility and peace (with a live alarm clock of singing birds). The hostel constitutes a perfect base for hiking trails that were described to us in details and with key safety information (we had snow in April which was atypical for this time of the year). In the evenings, we were enjoying conversations by the chimney with artisanal beers (originated by the hostel owners) and having home-made dinners inspired by the Spanish and regional cuisine. The couple running the hostel is very helpful, knowledgable and willing to share on their nonconformist lives with those who are prepared to listen.

A charming hostel run by exceptional people in a stunning location

The location is very good, because you're in nature, but the rest doesn't satisfy us very much. The room is right, for a 1-star hotel and the wifi is slow, but you're warned by the situation between the mountains. By the afternoon there was no hot water. I don't know if it was a theme of those days or it always happens. Breakfast for 8 euros seemed expensive to us for different reasons. In addition, it should be hired for yes or yes. I don't know why you don't pay the price of the room already with breakfast and so you don't know that it costs 8 euros. There wasn't much variety and the bakery was industrial. If you want a yogurt, it costs 1.5 euros more. If you want an espresso, it costs 2 euros more. The receptionist also puts a glass of brunette wine (but in a normal glass of fine wine) on the counter.

Nice location, but nothing more.

We called to inquire about availability, they told us that they had a room with MP obliged and they gave us a price. I contacted them later via whatsapp to ask a couple of questions and I would confirm the price again. They told me that I had to send an email to formalize the reservation. I did so, they confirmed the reservation without payment. They sent me the payment details and at that time they told me that the price they had given was wrong, 30% more expensive. No apologies, no apologies or anything. Whether we like it or not goodbye. We contacted them saying that it was not correct that a price was mentioned four times (telephone, whatsapp, email), at the last minute they changed it. And the answer was that they no longer booked the room, no more.

Zero professionalism is the key.

Hotel with an excellent location for hiking and mountaineering routes.The breakfast and dinner are great.Lucía, Imanol and Igor have treated us great.The rooms are very comfortable and with beautiful views.

The laws of the world's ruins.

Very well located for hiking trails starting from the jungle of Oza and surrounding areas. Well cared for and clean. Cozy terrace-garden. The owners are very friendly and offer all kinds of explanations about the routes in the area. The rooms are simple and not too big, although enough. The bathroom is clean. The walls look like paper because you hear the neighbor's bathroom as if it were inside your room. The WiFi has almost no coverage. Thank you there is no TV in the rooms. A very simple breakfast buffet, with cereals, embroidery, fruit, jam, juice, industrial coffee and sweet. For 7 euros I consider it correct. Everything the hotel and what it offers is very simple and very correct.

Simple and correct.

If you are looking for a hotel next to the nature park, from which you can even start a fantastic hike, in which you can enjoy a half board with home-cooked meals for 23 euros this is your place. A precious environment in which you forget that there is no TV and that the wifi is cut off. We stayed 6 nights in the 32-bedroom that is traditional and at the same time charming. Very close to the Devil's throat and the fantastic hike to Acherito's son. Thank you very much to Imanol, Lucía and Igor for the stay.

Fantastico is a wonderful thing.

We spent a few days vacationing in the beautiful Hecho Valley and stayed in one of the apartments, very comfortable and clean. The stay was magnificent, the location, the treatment and the excellent attention of Lucía and Imanol. We enjoyed the hiking trails, the local cuisine, excursions also to the nearby Valles de Ansó and Roncal. The dinners prepared by Lucía are very varied and appetizing. All done with great affection. We felt at home. We look forward to returning soon. Thank you very much friends.

A happy stay.

We've been staying with dinner and breakfast again after several years of our second time and 10 years after discovering that there was a corner to disconnect from worldly noise and connect with nature... the Hecho Valley is best visited by sleeping in a place with charm and wonderful views and rejuvenating with a real home-made dinner!

Escape and re-escape...

We stayed here two nights and explored the surrounding area, which is loaded with hiking trails ranging from tough to easy, and for birding.  We had just finished a 4 day trek further east, so were taking it easy, and found lovely walks within easy driving distance.  The views of the Pyrenees are incredible!  The host couple are charming, have limited English. They are happy to help guests find and plan outings suited to ability and interest. The accommodations are comfortable, clean and cozy.  We had dinner both nights.  Not the best food of our trip, but perfectly fine and shared with others in a cozy, rustic dining area.  Would go back with no hesitation.
