Exceptional stay all around. Fatima and Patxi are wonderful and kind hosts. Their sons and furry  family members are welcoming and friendly. The traditional basque style house is very charming and inviting. Stunning country side with complete tranquility and amazing views. Cozy and clean room with comfortable bed and a nice size bathroom. The terrace is spectacular to relax and enjoy the town church in the distance. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful dining sunroom with country views and fireplace. Fresh eggs from the estate’s  own chickens, cold meats and cheese, rustic breads, buttery pastries and seasonal fruit. Coffee, tee, milk, fresh squeezed orange juice.
Fully stocked kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine and tea are available for use by guests during the stay. 
About a 25 minute pleasant walk through the countryside  ( with donkeys and sheep  ) to beautiful Hondarribia and the French border. Will stay again without any doubt. Highly recommended  for a relaxing, peaceful time.

We stayed here for a week. the house Iketxe has a special charm that shapes it both the environment and the two people who give it life. son Fátima and Patxi, two lovely people who made us feel at home. it is very well located. it has spacious rooms with a bright exterior view, very comfortable beds and bathroom inside. the cleaning was done daily. full breakfasts: natural juice, coffee with milk, fruits, stews, butter and jams, pan and pasta type croissant or other very rich of the day. quality/price very good. itzuliko garages!

Stayed for 5 nights in August 22: in the middle of nature, very friendly and available owners (made us feel very comfortable from the first minute, even our teenage daughter: wifi key, breakfast a la carta...), spectacular breakfast (they even had my favorite brand of tea!), complete and plentiful, perfect room (comfortable mattresses and pillows, nuclear white bedding, even blankets which is not usually the case) great views, garden to relax...just what we needed to disconnect.

Patxi and Fátima are very close hosts who are ready to help you with whatever you need, they make you feel at home.The country house is very nice, it is located in a super quiet area, surrounded by green and decorated with rustic and clean touches.

To repeat it.

I confirm, good house which is certainly not very easy to access (yet....), but it is the price of tranquility; and it is still possible to get to the centre of Hondarribia in 15/20 minutes of market time.

The hosts are super friendly and attentive at all times, recommending and guiding you whenever you need it. The house is beautiful, it is located in a perfect place, with very good access and parking. The rooms were spacious, clean and with a great view from the balcony. The breakfast is very varied and of first quality. The pleasant common areas are very spacious and clean. We will definitely repeat it again and recommend it to friends and family. Our first visit to the Basque Country and we couldn't have crossed paths with better ambassadors of this land than Fatima and Patxi. As hosts a 10!. from the minute one they make sure you feel at home, with their close treatment and kindness. Of the house and the environment what to say... We came from the south and it is so different from what we know that it has all seemed fairy tale.

I spent 5 nights with my wife and children in this unique and wonderful place. It is a tastefully arranged Basque country house with the amenities needed to spend a holiday in the Basque Country.
