This is an incredible place for the price paid. It is a little walk from the bus station, however very close to the main mall/supermarket. 
The staff are lovely. The wife greeted me, checked me in and then insisted that her son take my bag to my room. I was on the first floor in a corner room, which had its own basin. The window faced out into the balcony on the inside of the building. There was no noise issue in this room - except you could hear the small dog bark - but this wasn't that much. 
The breakfast did seem very limited - however I didn't require it any way. 
The husband saw me when I was leaving at night to meet friends and he couldn't speak english, but made sure I was aware that he was asking if i needed a second key, as the booking.com res had gone through as a 2 person booking. I declined. 
The next morning, he was the one who checked me out and gave me a discount, as there was only 1 person. Very nice and totally unexpected. 
I will stay here again. The only downside was there wasn't A/C, however the hotel is very cool and every room has its own fan - so had no problems at all sleeping in the 28*c heat.

Incredible place

In my humble opinion, it is a boarding house worth going to, with plenty of amenities besides the availability of breakfast (with open hours). very colourful and cheerful rooms and no humidity, the perfect bathroom. I sincerely expected something cool, but it was great! (obviously if you are a student or someone without luxury hotel requirements). The super educated and attentive staff.

Perfect for romantic lovers without any savings.

Charming accommodation and the good work of Susana. It is truly a place to feel at home. Everything is clean, pleasant, simple and very comfortable. The suggestions for making and visiting are always magnificent and the location is perfect in the heart of the city. Very good choice.

FAMILY AND EXCELLENT treatment, as in the home,

We stayed at the Pension San Martín all through the Christmas Week 2016 and we were perfect, very good in layout, cleanliness, attention and kindness, be very good to Susana y Paco, and Nico el perro ya te cuento. Además el desayuno buffet libre es un gran punto. Although we had to change one day to a room without a bathroom, everything was perfect, besides that we were already notified as soon as we booked and then even changed our luggage in advance. Some great details were with us, a greeting and a kiss from Toledo to see if we would see each other again. Great quality-price ratio...

Holy week in Jerez

Comfortable, clean, excellent care and good prices. City center. Comfortable rooms give you information about the city and advice on any subject you need. Personalized attention from administrators.

Studios

The hostel is in the very center of an old house, near the Arena. It belongs to a nice middle-aged couple. The woman knows English well. They met us mentally, issued a card, and marked a telephone bar where we could exchange money. The hostel is modest, but neat, clean. There were a lot of positive reviews on the booking. The room was small. But there is a balcony, a bathroom, everything you need for life. Relatively inexpensive + a paid parking space in the owner's garage. Kitchen and dining room are common.

A boarding house, lovely hosts.

Pluses:
- localization (near to everything, but the city is not large itsefl)
- wifi worked fine
- basic breakfast
- we could left our luggage and go sightseeing after check-out

Minuses:
- barking dog!!!
- room was situated next to front door also near to the reception so you could hear everything, all noises
- noises from the street all night long!
- very cold bathroom, we were not able to take a shower!
- stuff don't speak English at all!

This is a great, quirky little hostel right in the old town about 3 minutes walk to the main central square. The hostel manager was absolutely great and helped us park our car in their own secure parking which was a huge bonus to us. Our room was small, cosy and clean and all that we really needed for two nights. It was also quiet at night except for a couple of people coming and going but otherwise fine. 

This is a budget hostel so do not go expecting luxury. It is clean, tidy, basic, well located and quiet and you have to share a bathroom with others which is kept spotlessly clean. breakfast is quite basic but enough to get you started on the day. The hostel manager speaks very little English so you will need to brush up on some Spanish language.

Very close ( at walking distance)  to a square with nice restaurants and tapas bars. We would come back.

The guesthouse is very pleasant, with rooms spread out over a central courtyard. The bathroom is very clean. The location is perfect. No noise. The staff is unparalleled.
