A good hotel in a convenient area of Madrid at a reasonable price and without greater pretensions than the hotel is. The receptionist service is very competent and friendly. It is something to highlight. I enjoy the tranquility and silence of the rooms.

Hotel dormitory 

Apartments quite old compared to others in the same chain, in fact the next day I went to another one and it was something else positive I had a double room but... it seems that I no longer had them when I arrived and they offered me an individual one discounting about 15 euros and offering me a free breakfast or they offered me a room in the Nh collection eurobuilding which is much better but.... until 22:30 (still 4 hours left) they would not give me the room so I decided to stay with the individual one.... craso error... small and hard bed, bathroom that to enter the bathroom has to enter from the bathroom, working with the portable side since the table was so small and had the TV on top of this chain that there was no room for any faults or a single detail, so they offered me a room in the floor, but they offered me a lot more details about how to get back to the room, but these are not the best prices, and they have been added to the room, but they have been added to the room, and they have been added to the room, but they have been added to the bathroom for a lot of time.

It's not a four star hotel, not far from it. Very, very ordinary rooms. The treatment of the staff is somewhat dry. The price of the breakfast is overwhelming. The restaurant deserves a separate chapter, very poor quality at a very high price to offer.

 Deception

I stayed here because their sister hotel Eurobuilding was sold out of discounted rooms for my conference. This was cheaper, and it showed. The room was a bit small, the desk small, the room temperature control didn’t seem to work - the room was too warm during the day and too cool at night. The main complaint was the shower water temperature was very inconsistent while showering, going from just right to freezing temperature in an instant. There is a noisy playground next door, and there is construction on another side. Breakfast was good, better than a typical continental layout. Overall I would return as an alternative.

Good hotel

It seems to me to be a good hotel and the room is very good, the location is quite good, very close to the Bernabéu and the Castellana.

Calm down 

This hotel is a little bigger. They offer a normal breakfast. It's a good hotel place to go to work Pq you have to get up early. There are big works right next door that bother you from eight. Nice staff and close to the Santiago Bernabéu.

To go to work is not bad.

Second time stay for 3 nights. Easy to find, 5 min walk from metro on the line direct from the airport. Check in quick and smooth. Room was basic but adequate. Wifi is hit and miss but free. OK for emails and light use. Breakfast is excellent. Lots if choice and good quality but not cheap. In a quiet area so nit much choice of restaurants locally but only 20-30 mins by metro into the city. Good value business hotel.

Still good value

Very friendly reception staff, the rooms and the hotel in general have the quality and seal of NH. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from the Castellana, the Bernabeu and the Colombian metro station.

NH TRANQUILO is the name of the country.

The hotel is fine, the room is small but clean and cozy, and the worst part is that I had a regression in the past when your mother used to go through the vacuum and clean as loudly as possible at 9 a.m. so that you could get up.
