This Hotel. If it can be given this name was difficult to find no signs outside the place. The staff were not customer oriented to say the least. The room we were given was like being in a prison cell basic with the cheapest furniture available. Construction going on in the adjoining room .  The room had the smallest window which looked directly into tan adjoining room. The best thing other than only spending one night in the prison cell was that location was very central.  Sorry but we won’t be returning and I would advise to spend a few more euros and seek another place .

No reservations are made, but they accept reservations and then refuse the check-in time to inform you of the same reservation, then refuse to cancel the reservation and return the money.

Deshonest people are disrespectful.

I called to find out about the rooms and the bathrooms. I booked a room for my daughters and my husband and me, and on the phone I asked them about shared bathrooms and they told me that there are 2 rooms that share a bathroom. I confirmed the reservation only if we had those two rooms with shared bathroom for ourselves and surprised when we arrived we didn't have the rooms reserved, my mistake was not to have asked them to confirm the room numbers by email. No they told me the solution had to share the bathroom with other people and they were dirty. Very bad experience.

Engage in the room.

We booked to sleep one night before a connecting trip, they said they couldn't say irnos after 9:00 p.m. and the flight would arrive after that, so it was up to her to go to a friend of mine to pick up the keys and when she went to pick them up they didn't give them up and they didn't want to return the money even though we couldn't sleep there because of them.

Psimo is the name of the game.

The hostel is always full of lazy people and I've been upset about stairs or worse, in the elevator.

That's awful.

It was just cruel. A prison cell is probably more comfortable. In the beds were fleas and other animals, so we ran away from this filthy lodging at night. We can only recommend this lodging. In the lower part of the house there was a restaurant and all the smells moved in the courtyard straight into the room. It was just disgusting.

Worse than being in a prison cell

The best part is the location, the rooms are a little simple, a little expensive for what they offer, and it also seems to me that if you need to leave your luggage, you'll be charged, I don't understand, and that you'll be excused for leaving half an hour later with the excuse that you have to clean up so we won't come back.

It's disappointing.

Good beds, very clean and tidy, modern and above all super centralised, I love the place, with air conditioning, the person who attends very kindly.

Very highly recommended!

I stayed here tonight and the photos are not at all the reality of the boarding house. It is completely renovated, rooms and bathrooms. The treatment has been 10 and the cleaning is the same. I spoke several times on the phone with the receptionist before my arrival and everything was easy. Special mention of the receptionist last night for her patience and education. That is why I keep saying that a 10.

Surprise is a surprise.

It's unfortunate, after more than a month of booking, I need to cancel it and they refuse to return the money, preferring to charge me for a service that I won't be able to use to give to a customer who needs it, unfortunate.
