The hotel is close to the centre, the reception is friendly, but knowing a few Spanish words is necessary. The rooms are clean and there is hot water in the shower in the morning. This is all for the positive. On the negative side, the list is long. The hotel is accessed on the second floor via a staircase in construction, the loud noise from the avenue is very present, the double windows of the rooms do not serve anything (leakage?). This is the main problem of this hotel or we come to (try to) sleep quickly. In the rooms on the street, it is impossible without toiletries, and even Spanish. The bathroom cabins are more than standard examples, the display of the French lunch is not accepted, but the white room is not allowed to be placed (but the room is not too far from the roof, and the TV is not allowed to be set up, and the bathroom is not too far away from the roof.

Nice house, minimal comfort

Hotel located right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the metro and the main attractions. The room was clean, as well as the bathroom, not very big but comfortable.

It was very nice room and helpful staff.
Room was great, tied and clean.
There was 24 hour reception disk.
All rooms have air conditioning and private bathroom.
Hostal location was great at Gran via street 

Travel to Madrid 

The bathroom was a little dirty, the bathroom was very clean and the room was very noisy, the pipes of all the surrounding rooms were heard, bothering us to rest.

 No high expectations, accommodation with excellent location.

Hotel very central, we had the terrace overlooking the Gran Vie, friendly and available staff, very quick to solve emergencies.

Four days in Madrid

It's in a great location, no luxuries but very clean, the staff very nice all the time have a smile and the big, comfortable bed is perfect for going to a musical or strolling through the center of Madrid.

Calidad price

We stayed 2 nights: the staff is very friendly, my favorite was the beds, very comfortable and sleep super well. We forgot about the hair dryer, we asked and left one. Everything is small, it has no new furniture, but everything was clean, good heating and hot water. To visit Cortas, this is great. The location is excellent. Between the plaza españa station and Callao (like 2 minutes from each station).

Irá a perfect place because os in the heart of the city. You can walk across the street without any troubles. The Owner was very kind to us. We were so confortable. We definetely come back Next time we visit Madrid.

Its a very good place

We chose the hostel because of the good location and stayed 3 nights but we did not sleep well because the bed and pillow are not comfortable. The mats are old and weigh a lot. The hostel is clean and the staff is friendly but the quality of the bedroom is not good in relation to the price. For the price we paid, 75€ the double room, we expected something a little better and were disappointed.
