They put us in a room without windows, as big as a wedding bed, a four-story house without an elevator, when we had picked up three third parties, it wasn't what we booked at Booking.com, we complained and the next day we were changed, with a window to a patio, but what a patio, what we saw and what a smell of the kitchen, the bathroom in the room and still say they did us a favor, we just wanted it hired through Booking.com, it had never happened to us.

I travelled as a solo traveler and found out at the last minute then hotel is in the heart of the vibrant LGBTQ  area of Madrid .. THAT should not put you off .. the room was basic with a private bathroom inserted as such in the room  but the bed was extremely comfy and spotlessly clean, good hot water and serviced each day. The hotel is only a 5 mins walk between two metro stations chueca and gran via . Gran via is the heart of Madrid  and chueca full of vibrant bars and restaurants. Go with an open mind it's cheap but extremely worth every penny . There's no lift so expect a walk up 3 floors . I am a frequent traveler to Madrid and I for one will be using this ideal hotel again. 

Spotlessly clean and close to everything

A pleasant surprise in the heart of Chueca. I got out by booking an interesting offer to not find in my usual hostels when I stay in Madrid. And what a success! comfortable beds (and pillows), lovely staff and a room with everything necessary for three nights, as was my case. I only leave a star to the opinion because it is a third without an elevator and the stairs are a little dangerous, especially if you are going with a little bulky luggage.

What a great discovery!

I stayed the weekend in Madrid at this boarding house and I can say that I am satisfied. It is located in the center, two steps from everything and this is a first point in favour. The boarding house is on the third floor without an elevator, but my friend and I have not had any problems of any kind. The room is essential but comfortable, with a private bathroom. Being a balcony it was a bit warm like the rest of Madrid, but with the shovel on the ceiling we were well. The first day it didn't work but it was repaired immediately by a boarding house officer. The staff were kind and available.

Two nights in Madrid

We've been to this restaurant many times as a family and the experience is always exceptional, both the food and the attention.I would recommend it to all my friends and acquaintances.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and everything was very nice! The stuff was very welcoming and friendly.The hotel have very good location so closed to everything l. Even if we had to share the same bathroom it wasnt a problem cuz it was very very clean.

Once again we repeated the experience.Exquisite treatment.Ten staff.Ten music.Warm and cozy atmosphere.And above all, a thousand food.We always come back, whenever we have an opportunity on a business trip.

Book a room with more than 3 months in advance for the weekend of January 10th to 12th...we arrive at 7pm and enter a room of 3 meters by 3 meters...without windows...on the top floor...after climbing 3 floors without an elevator and stairs of worn wood...more stairs for the room...a hole with a small bed for two people..we couldn't move in the bed....and the bathroom with a rooftop that sticks to your head in the bathroom without heating..in Madrid in January at -3 degrees at night..it's a horrible cold in the bathroom...the simple desks..all packed..a very bad experience..no locking..because for a price there are better hostels in those...

The pastry shop is small but coquette, very nice.The pastry is very good, the ones we tried and the ones that didn't have very good pint tb. A good stop after visiting the royal palace.The normal price compared to the price of other cafes nearby in the middle of the square.

With a mind-blowing quality-price relationship, booking a room in this excellent, family-oriented, work-oriented hotel with the intention of spending a night at work. The building where it is located is located in a gentleman's house, next to Plaza Vázquez de Mella and very close to the mouth of the Chueca Metro. Although it takes three floors without an elevator, the effort is worth it. The hotel offers a quiet and hospitable atmosphere through the pores of its humble workers, who guide you and help you in everything you need. The hotel room at the reception was extremely friendly, solving several queries and even a short walk-through in a community room with a refrigerated reception area that leads to avoid turning over to a state-of-the-art hotel.
