Great, clean, organized and comfortable, convenient location for the subway, the park and the historic center. Very available staff even though they speak almost exclusively Spanish.

Reserved for one person only, the unbeatable site, when you arrive a lady comes down and opens the door, welcomes you, shows you your room, and gives you the keys, has no counter with a person who offers you information, but has a schedule to call her if you need anything, the small, clean room, the toy toilet as a child that was, but pleasant, the only problem My bed, not dressed appropriately the same, but the echan above a sheet of a smaller bed and you a blue blanket of your whole life, so you spend the night relocating the savannah and the aforementioned blanket, I don't understand why they didn't make a very good bed, no cost anything, part of it, important, all right.

A simple, centrally located hostel.

It's very clean and tidy. It's a great location, even to the remote center, you can get to the mines in 40 minutes. It's next to a bunch of cheap shops and cafes, a concert arena and, of course, a retro park.

Good for your money.

We could not say that it is a hotel since it has no service. We came to be shown the room and the truth that it is great!! Very clean, bright and super colourful. The bathroom had no bathroom but a shower but the truth that it is large and spacious. It is located in the Retiro area; the truth that it is a very good area you have subway entrances nearby, cafes, supermarket...

A good place to be.

I was there for a weekend for a sporting event, it's conveniently located as you have a metro stop on the same street, and around the hostel you have bars, restaurants, clothing stores, theater, supermarkets... everything you may need, besides a good area of Madrid. The car, well, there are parking spaces because there is a lot of traffic but there is also parking nearby, there is one on the same sidewalk, two steps away, where I pay 30 euros to leave all night.. finally... The hostel is on a sixth floor, in a building with porters, depending on how you open the door, you give the laces and no one else is seen the rest of the room, if you want something you have to call a telephone, to get there, there is nothing to change.

Well ubiquitous.

It's a sixth floor in a building with a doorman on O'Donnell Street.The floor is completely renovated.It's comfortable and clean and for 60€ the double room booking directly with them is a cholo considering the prices of Madrid accommodations.Of course, you can't expect any hotel service because it's not.There's no reception, when you arrive you register, you charge and you don't return to them.Entrants and sales with your own keys.

Good quality-price relationship, good service.

I was staying for two nights, a very quiet place, a simple, sober and well-groomed room, ideal for resting.

Pleasant stay

Well, a little noise at night... but nice plots, the apartment is well located good accommodation but it's true that noise level at night.. you have to provide quiet balls otherwise the place is clean!!!!!

And it was enough. I was offered a job in Madrid for 2 months, so me and my wife had to find a place to stay and in the meantime we were supposed to stay in a hostal or a hotel for a couple of days only. We initially found this hostal, which is in an excellent position and looks very good, but unfortunately we had a lot of inconvenients. The lady that attended us was very kind and helped us a lot finding what we needed, gave us a wonderful room and then left us, and that's where things started to become terrible. She told us the hostal was basically empty, so she gave us a "good room", which we later find out had only a small window facing the inside of the building. If you're staying in Madrid in July-August you don't want that to happen. We weren't able to sleep at all, drowning in our own sweating. Moreover, we could hear another couple in the nearby room having sex all night long, unveiling another big problem: the walls are basically made of paper. Everyone listens to everyone else. The next day we also managed to find out that the majority of rooms were free (as she said the day before) and had infact a balcony or at least a big window, so we were more than disappointed, considering how warm was our prison-room. And it was not the last thing to happen. We left in the morning, asking the lady if we could leave our luggages until 15. She said it was okay, so we left for a walk and came back at the time we agreed. Nobody answered our calls, and not having any keys we were forced to wait for the lady to wake up from her siesta, like 30 minutes later. We weren't in a rush, but staying in front of a building at 30 and more degrees without knowing what to do wasn't exactly what we wanted or expected. That very night we found an hotel in the historical centre, for the same price (50 euros) and air conditioning. I would never go back there.

Only one night.

Me and a friend had a room each. It Was brilliant. The rooms were well decorated. Also very clean & tidy. Staff were helpful & friendly. I'd definitely stay there again! Shame it was not closer to the centre of Madrid however the underground service made it easy to get around.
