It's a convenient transportation solution, but the building is overly noisy, and over three nights I only slept one night... birthday parties and hammering from three o'clock in the morning, and one afternoon I went back to sleep for an hour and there was more silence.

♪ I'm sick of it ♪

We stayed in September 2022, a group of 5 friends, the perfect location near the main Madrid, the surrounding area had bars and restaurants and supermarkets, the friendly staff, the comfortable apartment for the 5, had everything needed for our stay.

Good location

I left 200 euros and 2 cards with my name/name under my bed, and when I called the next day nobody knew anything, nobody had seen anything, they didn't take responsibility for anything, while I was always busy, I didn't want to contact the owner of the apartments, between them it was clear that what they wanted was to stop calling and asking. They told me that the cleaner didn't see anything, and that they would ask the new guests, obviously, if the cleaner didn't see anything, what would they see the guests?; it's clear that they don't bother in different ways.

DENUNCED by the public.

The perfect location is the only thing that allows you to close your eyes to everything else. A really tiny house, lacking any of the comforts needed in a holiday home. In the bathroom nothing brings toilet paper and a terrible bad smell, in the rooms no dressing rooms or cabinets, no hangers, not even in the bathroom, you don't know where to hang towels, coats or any other clothing. Dust and dirt everywhere, but especially in the kitchen, where there is nothing, not even a boiler and finally not even a bottle of water in the fridge waiting for the guests and only half a roll of toilet paper.

Great position, but the rest is a disaster!

We requested an appointment for 4 smoking adults. Since arrival was easy from the airport by metro we went down to the Tribunal Station, we walked 5 blocks over Fuencarral Street and were ready. Now we were received very kindly and even though we arrived at 09:00 we received our luggage in custody until the check-in time, so we won the morning by visiting the nearby points. Since at 14:00 we went back to the square and assigned ourselves a depot that exceeds our expectations enormously, spacious, with a lot of thanks, a very well equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bathroom, with good pressure and water, we can now say that we have a very nice room with the necessary towels, the three rooms with the necessary space that we had for the stability of the main reception room The Hotel La Estacion de la Salva was located in the main room with a cable car and the exit was located in the outdoor area, where we were able to walk around and read all the details of the hotel, and then we decided to go back to the city centre, and we were very pleased to have a very nice room with our guests

More than I expected...

Two very fun days in the centre of the soft city of Madrid. We stayed in this mini-apartment with all the comforts in the centre of Madrid. Clean and well organized, a bit noisy because it's a very central location and not fit to limit, but it's just a small neo, in return for a great price ratio.

Two really fun days.

Central apartment near the Chueca neighborhood, malasana and the highway! Clean place, honest price! Check a little slow, we waited about an hour. In the area there are countless restaurants and commercial activities, two minutes from the highway.

Good value for money

The staff is just awful. There was this guy who was rude to all of us, not welcoming and everything he did was like a favor. The location is good. Our room had humidity and the AC was leaking. His English was also awful. If you stay here because it’s cheap, I recommend it.

A day ago, I spent three nights with my family on a work-related basis: a central, clean and well-equipped apartment. Perfect price quality. Parking looking for what makes it costly to be in the apartments. One day we went to pick up the elevator and it didn't work and we called and it was instantly fixed.

 Calidad price is perfect.

This place is DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

Please do not stay here , there is a lady on the large side that will pretend to be nice to called MARY 

She is fake and she owes me one/two even three nights stay back , I will take this to the courts if needs be ! But please do not book here , you will book 50 and they put you in 48 which is the sister flat next door that is OLD and smells , view is not nice also 

I will attach proof of the Whassapp conversation which they blocked me when I involved the police 

They will return my nights stay as I have gave them 24hr 

Anyway rant over I live in Dubai , I know what quality is when I see it and this place is for escorts or peasants that are desperate to stay in central Madrid
