We have just returned from a great 11 night stay at this farm house villa. 

It is set in impressive surroundings and the outside is beautiful. It is surrounded by a fence and has large gates upon the entrance. 

We needed to arrive early as our flight landed in the morning and we were given the access no problems which was great. 

The villa itself is impressive with its original features and is very spacious which was perfect for the 7 of us staying here. The decor on the inside is fairly dated and quite dark however it fits with the old style farmhouse feel and the original features throughout each room. 

The outside area is absolutely perfect. It has a terrace area with a small BBQ and large table which is undercover so great if you need some shade. 
The swimming pool is huge and overlooks hills and farm land. Within the property our lemon and orange trees and has seating areas in various places around the villa.

Inside the main house is the main bedroom with a curtain separating a single bed and cot for a child which then leads through to a large spacious bathroom with shower and bath. Also in the main building is a small box room with 2 single beds. This room is very dark as has no windows and is in need of decorating as it isn't very nice feel in here. There is no bathroom or toilet in the main house and for anyone staying in this smaller room had to go outside to use the outside bathroom in the night which wouldn't be ideal if it was a child as it wasnt ideal with adults.

The other two bedrooms are outside which seem newer and were decorated lovely and were bright. The only issue with this is that to lock the door to the main house at night time meant that either the people sleeping in the outside rooms couldn't access the kitchen in the morning or the main house through the night or the people staying in the outside rooms kept the key and locked the house so they had access but meant the people staying in the main house couldn't get out of the kitchen. This would be resolved with leaving an extra key so it could be accessed both sides.

We didn't see the management company at all during our stay and when we tried to contact them it took a while for them to get back in contact with us so we had to contact them through Trip Advisor which took longer. We did however meet the owners and they were lovely. 

Although the village of Felantix is close it is quite a walk into the town. It is fairly hilly and we were travelling with elderly people who couldn't do the walk. The market at Felantix was great on the Sunday! You definitely need a car to stay at this villa.

The villa is so peaceful and if you are looking for a relaxing environment then this is the one for you. The pool area is absolutely perfect and if the inside matched and had a little refresh then this would have been a 5* review.

What a view!!

Near Manacor (about 5 km) is this very beautiful, small complex. In the typical Mallorca style, houses built and decorated can accommodate 4 families. Each house has its own entrance and its own terrace.

It's a nice place.

We were at a wedding last June and spent the night in Son Suau Vell, which is a very nice place to stay, with access to the swimming pool, and we stayed very busy all weekend.

 A spectacular weekend.

We spent a week in the Casita (3 bedrooms). The entire property, including the pool with the fincas, is very well maintained and very beautiful. Breakfast is brought every morning, is sufficient, refreshing and tasty. The interior is tasteful. Everything is very clean and it is very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped. The only shortcoming are the beds. There are single-beds that are bent together that slip apart with every move. The plastic protective film on the mattress crushes everyone uncomfortably with every move. The mattresses are bad.
