The hotel is a bit cozy, but to go with children (it has a swimming pool open until 21 o'clock) and dogs is fine.The workers who serve it are very friendly and are very close to Mérida, although it is necessary to take the car.I offer four stars and no three for the kindness and facilities they give you and because I value a hotel of passage and no one of luxury, that is, according to expectations.

We had two cafes in the cafeteria, it was difficult to get along with the waiter, given her chulesque attitude, the worst of the worst, it was a water dryer, served very badly. The counter had a layer of 1/2 cm of noodles and other debris attached to a uniform layer of fat. Next to me was a window that displayed something that looked like doughnuts or something like it, since the dirt of the glass did not allow to appreciate the product. My daughter went to the bathroom and got sick. On the wall there is a ham on a metal plate with a considerable dirt.

The treatment is horrible, the hotel is depressing, there are only few people, and I see it as normal, the food tasted horrible, especially the tortilla.And the croissants were dry and frozen.The cookies at least knew well but we're going, they took years to place the order.FORE NO ENTRY, the roommates are super borders and no win.They're going to take less to bring in the whole bill (for that if we treat quickly).At the reception there was a good, but we're going, a site that needs a lot of improvement.
