I was a couple of days ago with my partner that we went to Madrid to celebrate our anniversary and it was the worst experience of my life.In the mattresses we see that they have a bed bug plague, the horrible, dirty treatment they gave us, and for the colmo they gave us an hour before checkout with the excuse they had to clean up when we went to complain that we had the body full of bites.We went to the doctor and were told that the bed bugs had eaten us alive and that this was from the mattress where we had slept.

Unfortunately, they didn't respect my reservation and left my operators without a room.I provided all the details of my company for booking management and the reception lady when they were there told them that they had cancelled the reservation because a phone number was missing.Certainly insurmountable.
