We wanted an affordable apartment close to the beach, we found it through Booking, and it's right, considering that the studios, as described are just one room and if you sleep on a sofa bed, if you don't, you can book one of a bedroom for very little more.

The relationship between quality and price agreement.

Apartment came with basics- small kitchen with hob, oven and toaster., washing machine. Bathroom was large and well kept. Small balcony off both kitchen and bedroom, large balcony off living room. Mar Menor beach access directly from building complex, less than two minute walk and very quiet beach. Three local restaurants/cafes, two markets within five minute walk. Further restaurants and market available within ten minute walk. 
This was ideal for us as a couple with one young child- located in a quiet area of La Manga called Venziola, it was quiet and calm. Some Spanish is essential as the area is not a major tourist site. 

Wonderful for simple holiday

For what it cost us on the weekend it was pretty good.Of course not luxury apartments. Located 2 minutes from the beach.But if your intention is to go to the Cape of Good Hope they are quite far away since they are at the end of the manga.About 30 minutes by car.A negative thing would only be a bad smell on the floor (especially in the bathroom) that disappeared after the first day.

Calidad - good price

The truth is, I wasn't expecting much, but the apartment was very well equipped, clean, and although we didn't use much because the truth is, to go on vacation for a few days is fine.

Apartment in very good condition

Had an excellent holiday at Tiziano apartments, Las Gondolas. The location is good, at the nice end of the La manga strip. Highly recommend to book and great value.
The apartment was in the Tiziano block and on the 8th floor, wonderful sunrise view each morning - just magical. The apartment block is modern, clean and easily found with free parking.
Some very good restaurants within walking distance and not too expensive either. Also a coupel of good bars that are not too noisy.
The pool is huge and never over crowded, looks really nice as well with the bridge and whirl pool.
The best things about it is the unique position of being in short walking distance of two beaches that are so different to each other.
The apartment we had over looks the Med sea, you can reach the water in about 30 seconds from the front door. The Med sea with it's green and blues is great for swimming, surfing sunbathing.
While on the other side, within about 2 minutes you can reach the Mar Menor. I know of no other sea like it. Praised for the high mineral content of the water and sand it had the calmest waters I have ever swam in. They say at  it's deepest point the sea is only 7 meters deep making the safest sea in the world for young families. Also very good for fishing, sailing and water sports.

This was a wonderful holiday, I have been 3 times now - twice off season whens it's very cheap week in the sun and once in peak when it's buzzing with people having a nice holiday. Highly recommended, I hope to go back at least once more.

Lovley Apartments and the nice end of La Manga

We were given a cozy apartment, it was a bit of what we were looking for, for sleeping and dining, the rest of the day we were out.

 Good quality price ratio

To begin with, it was a fraud.The apartment I rented and saw pictures of had nothing to do with the cutter room that was given to me as an apartment in which there was a 1-meter kitchen and two 90-bedroom apartments in the middle of the living room.We no longer talked about the bathroom.No air and everything spoiled.That was the super offer.
