If I could’ve given no stars I would have!! Hubby and I booked this as an overnight stop, on our way down to southern Spain. We checked in and we’re given directions to the pitches and a key for our own private loo and shower. As we drove through the camp, I can only describe it as a shanty town! Scruffy little chalets, many looked so rundown and when we reached the field where we were to pitch, it was like a mud bath! The path to drive on it was all churned up, by big lorries or similar, so we avoided that as we were towing our caravan, and cut across the grass. We pulled up and looked around in dismay. Anyway we thought it’s only one night, let’s make the best of it. So we got hooked up with leccy, liked for tap to fill the barrel, the only taps were above a round sink, not suitable for filling barrel as it would not fit in the gap between tap and sink. So we had no running water in our van, had to make do with filling the kettle and water bottles to use. Hubby decided he wanted a shower, unlocked the cubicle with key provided, to find the floor was a mud bath! Not even cleaned for us to use. I think if we hadn’t already travelled for over six hours, we would’ve left there and then. The facilities, if you can call them that, we’re the worst we’ve ever come across. Good knows what it’s like in sumner at full capacity. It was also the most expensive site of our travels. I have nothing good to say about it whatsoever. It’s a dump!!

Awful place!!

What a disgraceful place. We were staying for 1 night in our touring caravan, we drove through a shanty town to a muddy field, toilets unclean, couldn’t boil a kettle or work microwave as hook-up useless, kept tripping out. Wi-Fi didn’t work, no water barrel filling taps, no waste area, no rubbish area🤬

DISGUSTING

There are some positive points to this site. It's a short drive away from Olite which is a lovely town to visit. The receptionist was very welcoming and spoke English. The site is mainly neat and well-maintained chalets. The touring part is a prairie style field at the far end. It is flat and has views of distant mountains. There is a large central toilet block which is a bit dated but clean. On the touring field are another two small toilet blocks which were not very clean . It was very quiet at night. There are good sports facilities and space for children to play. We hoped to use the tennis court but it had rained heavily and it was puddled. We didn't use the site's bar or restaurant. The worst point is that dogs have been allowed to mess on the touring field. This is just not acceptable.

One nighter

We had rented a four-seat mobile home, we arrived at a place more than dirty, cigarette butts, bottle capsule, lemon slice, carpet completely torn, no terrace, we were in the same dirt, when we entered the mh, it would be sweat and cigarette, the outside table was sticky, as for the air conditioning the c was the apotheosis, a paper handkerchief was stuck in it, when I opened it, the filters were in an unforgivable dirt I went back to the reception to ask for a playground at 2:30 am, my kids went to the pool at the end and came back after 20 minutes waiting for me to get back to the pool, so I said that the windows were covered in foam, and when I opened it, the filters were in an unforgivable dirt I went back to the reception to ask for a playground at the end of the 2:30 am, so I went back to the pool at the end of the game and I said that the locker room was underneath, so I did not have to get a full refund for the 2:30

To the rescue...

Of course, it's different to think of a campsite on these dates, when there's no one else, than in the summer. Much tranquility, attentive reception staff and well-located to visit Olite. There are community bathrooms and bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink that on these days as there were no people touching a box per plot, say. None is air-conditioned. Bar for lunch and buy bread. The camping area is free. The village is within 25 minutes walking distance. Very convenient walk between vineyards and almonds. Ideal for visiting the village and spending a night or two. I recommend if this is your plan. We'll come back.

Perfect for visiting Olite.

This campsite has a vigilante with secuaces who threaten those who don't like what they believe. They're unmasked, with their hills around those we cheat on and make our lives lonely. He's a guy who goes on a quad and threatens to get you a potato and make you off the campsite. Then as there's no staff, he picks up the tel and tells you he's going to kick you out. It's impossible to talk to a director or director and nothing worthwhile makes him seem like an indomitable threat and makes you afraid at night for his walks with the experience and what he's going to do. He's a hairdresser but makes you afraid at night.

Threats and attention.

We were staying in a bungalow with our baby.The bungalow was notable for being the oldest in the entire campsite: -The walls were made of paper because everything was heard. -Care of blinds which is a problem trying to sleep a baby when you have a headlight that lights up right in the larger window. -The mattress was of mules and the bed was sloping down towards the center.Otherwise, we enjoyed the swimming pool, both for children (especially for the baby) and adults.The lawn is very carefully cared for.The bar is a mess, the waitress had little desire to be there.Moreover, you'll buy an ice cream or you'll run out of water.As soon as the store is open, it's not ready.

A weekend with the family.

Overall it's pretty good but the service at the bar is terrible, I explain to myself: there was almost nothing and there were only snacks that lasted an eternity... the food is bad and very expensive.

There's a lot of it.

Campsite is very large, with many plots, ceded very carefully. Not very friendly reception but correct. Located in a very high area, when we were there the winds were impressive. It has very fixed which makes it look like small villages, no wonder it seems to be the tonic of all campsites.

full of flies, no toilet paper and soap,   toilet is close from 10 to 8am, there is what they call emergency toilet, but if someone is using it for a bath,(10pm-8am) then sorry peeh in your pants if you cant wait. besides, it is very far from the campground.  i dont recomend it, been in 6 campings this month, and all are fine, except this one.
