Positive: Hotel is clean and tidy, has a comfortable size and a good location right on the beach, staff is friendly and helpful. Negative: room/hotel somewhat old-fashioned, beds are constantly slipping apart, air conditioning is fussy and makes funny noises of itself, buffet and breakfast is quite monotonous and tight. Room soup costs extra. Towels for the beach / changing also costs extra. For a short trip is quite fine, but it also comes down to your own setup. For me it is a 3 star hotel.

Comfortable hotel right on the beach.

Modern refurbished hotel near the beach. Hotel rather small and familiar. Very friendly staff. Good food. Everything clean and well maintained. Rooms with a small refrigerator, great shower and flat TV (many German stations). Only the air conditioning system can not cool the room properly (external temperature is always above 33 degrees) and the bed is constantly slipping apart.

Modernly renovated small hotel right on Playa de Palma

Everything was amazingly good: the rooms, the food and especially the service!!!!! The location is unique! We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel more! Unfortunately, at night you have to close the windows when the groups move home from the megapark - it's just very noisy. Nice quiet atmosphere with nice audience, the small bar is ideal for a late night snack.

First of all, the positive thing is that the public would like to see a 4-star Boutique Hotel Allsun Rivera Playa is located right by the sea at Ballearo 11! This house is nicely renovated and on time at 18 o'clock in the evening, but in the cheapest way and is worth the service just 3 stars, with a 4-star hotel the service and the facilities do not have much in common, at least not with a 4-star Iberostar! The staff is friendly and tries to pay as long as you follow the German guidelines, so welcome at 8 o'clock in the morning, but at 18 o'clock in the evening you must check the dining room, which is at the most expensive in the German hotel. This is also not a problem! If you want to spend a lot of money on this hotel, you should also pay a lot more than you would normally pay for a 4-star hotel, but you should not have to spend a lot of money on the regularly scheduled holiday in Spain, but you should not have to wait for a 10-hour-long lunch, breakfast in the morning, breakfast in the morning and breakfast in the morning,

100% German in a boutique hotel, which after renovation would be a 4 star house, but, but, but...

Ideal for a short vacation. Located right on Playa de Palma, far enough away from the ballerina - whoever wants to is still there in 15 minutes. Excellent buffets for breakfast and dinner - there are no wishes open. Staff very friendly, always helpful. Pool is a little small, but the beach is right across the street. Rooms are clean, bathroom with walk-in shower is also clean. One negative point: the WiFi is extremely weak, I don't think it's okay to pay extra for it! So only 4 points.

Nice hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the renovated hotel. Located right on the beach. Small hotel, so there was no rush at the excellent buffet. It was always possible to eat on the terrace. The room was very generous, as was the terrace. There were couchers and umbrellas. I would have wanted some more beds, but otherwise nothing was missing. Staff very friendly. The location at Baleareo 10 to 11 is also very quiet. I will come back.

Beach holidays

It was a very nice, clean, not too big hotel on the Playa de Palma. It was there at the beginning of April, so not much was going on. In the summer you can save everything so I think the dancer is not too far away.What do you need??? The food was rich and varied, the staff friendly and welcoming.

Nice hotel on the Playa de Palma

The hotel is relatively small and manageable compared to the neighbouring hotels. This has a positive effect on the andrang at the buffet (breakfast, dinner). For us personally, in addition to the size, the concept of an adult hotel (guests aged 16+) was also decisive - and we were not disappointed. It was splendidly quiet and relaxing. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the beautiful hotel pool too much compared to the neighbouring hotels.

Small, fine hotel for adults looking for recreation

On my first trip to Majorca I booked this hotel which belongs to the German tour Operator Alltours (Allsun Hotels) because it offers very good value for money being situated directly at the beach promenade Playa de Palma yet only 10 minutes by public bus from the international airport PMI. As almost all guests were German also the staff knows at least some words and are all very friendly, efficient and welcoming. Even thought the hotel had been fully booked due to ist small size there had been never the feeling of it being crowded, not even at breakfast or dinner in the restaurant. Half board had been very good and varied each day. The whole hotel has a Fresh design and all looked new and clean - in short a place to feel well. As it was winter the pool had been not used but was still filled with water and had deck chairs around it. On one side of the property are busses taking you to Palma City, the airport and other places on the Island, while many super markets add to the comfortable yet cost efficient way to enjoy your vacation. In front of the hotel lies the almost car free promenade and the beach and Mediterranean sea - one can walk or cycle - as I did all the way to Palma, as there are many car rental places nearby. Surely there is one hotel next to the other which I knew and did not disturb me at all.

Wonderful days on Majorca

Reception One plus point at the beginning: the staff is both friendly at the reception and in the rest of the hotel, but the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Rooms without a suite, you've almost lost. The rooms are furnished with old furniture, except for the bathroom. The fact that a 4-star hotel offers rooms that go out to the street is almost a freak. As an individual, booking a double room has not always been affordable, but individual travelers usually have it. At first, I was booked on the 3rd floor. When I got into this bathroom after the bathroom, I couldn't get into the bathroom because of the special kitchen dishes.
