I chose this hotel and left me to be carried by the opinions of other clients.The photos that show the rooms do not correspond with reality (at least the one that they gave me).The staff are very unpleasant and totally neglectful in the general cleaning both in the room and in the restaurant.

So as not to repeat it.

Very noisy hotel both at night and early in the morning.Very small and uncomfortable accommodation.Where depending on the owner's desire to work from dinners or not, according to the gentleman who was smoking inside the kitchen.I wouldn't repeat the experience in this place.

No is a good choice.

The house is very well located and has easy parking.The cleanliness is good and the mattress and pillows are comfortable.The breakfast is what you order.Economic.The only detail was on arrival when we gave the two pillows to the larger ones that we had in the reservation observations, the one without the pillow and the other without the pedicure.The answer was that for one of them it was a quadrant, they didn't have.That we would leave it underneath the other one.And finding the room quite warm, their response was that they didn't know it was air conditioned, that we would open the window for a while.We were impressed by the reception because the critics regarding the hosts were good.Everything else was right, but the impact was still calm.We were still afraid, comfortable and disappointed by taking another guest.

A good stop in the middle of a spectacular route.

A very cozy and familiar place, they have made us feel at home, and the truth is much appreciated. Small but very cozy room, very good cleaning and very beautiful views. We ate pintchos and which is more exquisite. A 10 in every sense.

Acojedor and familiar.

We were very good. There was a bit of chaos with the bar downstairs, but it makes you feel at home and doesn't affect the rest at all. The mattresses are great and the windows are perfectly insulated from any noise. An unbeatable position to visit Oña. In the bar you have breakfast for 3 euros and you can dine on oil bread with multiple fillings (the spectacular red peppers) and eat tapas that are great, during the day.

I went in 2019 and called it fabulous, not if the pandemic changed owners or changed owners, but the deal was never to come back. The room without air conditioning in mid-July, the emergency light and the flashlight glued to tape, the ghost couldn't be used hanging because it was rotated and with the water pressure rising and flooding the entire bathroom. When we wanted to grab something to eat on the terrace, as there was a sign saying it wasn't served on the terrace, if we thought of asking if we could have something even if we served ourselves, the answer was, On the terrace nothing is taken even if they want, or even if it's served even if they don't want, the change is something that happens to the bathroom, or if it's not served even if it's served.

PATÉTICO and the CHABACANO.

I started by saying that at 9pm it was not possible to have dinner, that the person responsible for the dinner had not arrived. At 7:45pm the hotel was closed, there was no one responsible, I had to wait until 8pm for someone to appear at the hotel. And finally, I requested an invoice, did not give it to me on the spot, they told me to leave my details and send it to me by email. Well, today, November 7, 2021, ten days later, I still did not receive the invoice, despite having been called three times, to which they objected that they would not call, that I am too heavy, that they would already send it to me when they had time.

The worst treatment that can be given.

The hotel is located in the convent square and offers a great view of the building. The rooms are large with a very good quality bedding. They have been recently refurbished combining a design side and a more classic side of the most beautiful effect. The hotel is also very quiet. The reception is at the bar level by the boss who knows a few French words. The possibility of dining on site. The dishes are good, the service is impeccable and everything for a very nice price ratio. In the morning it is very nice to have breakfast on the square. A great address for a price that defies competition, 45 euros the double room!!!

We booked two individual rooms and confirmed the reservation the next day.When we arrived, we were told that we were given one room and that the other was an apartment on another floor and unnumbered.That was our mosque.The surprise was when we entered the apartment...uncleaned; with teletype that carried eternity there; the furniture full of footprints of previous tenants; the apartment had a washing machine in which there was still clothes and if that couldn't be overcome, entering the bathroom, the toilet had piss and toilet paper...incredible!!!No, if a place can stay open.When we went down to ask for explanations and say that in such conditions we would not stay, not a single apology, no options or anything; our spots were not there.

Deberia will be investigated by Sanidad.

Excellent location, large and clean room. They have been very attentive and I am enjoying both the accommodation and the restaurant. I highly recommend it without a doubt. All the staff are very friendly. Food and dinner at the hotel. The lunch menu is five first and five second to choose from for 11 euros.
