We spent a week with 5 friends and we loved it.The site is in an unbeatable location and the owners are very friendly and friendly.They have a very large bar where you can eat meat at the bar and play billiards.

A spectacular stay is planned.

I have a reservation booking for this site, when I call to ask if the reservation is correctly made, I've been hung up directly. When I call again, several times (I've been calling for an hour), I realize that the line has been turned off. I imagine that in order not to receive my call. At least they tell me that the reservation has not been made.

I have been contacted to confirm the reservation.

The room is cheap (with shared bathroom). It is located in Saravillo, a very quite town with an excellent views of Pyrenees. The owner was very friendly.
On the other hand, the room is very small. The breakfast is not included in price. There is not lift.

Apartment located in a quite and relaxing town

It's a shame that the attention is so bad (unfortunately, complaining all the time...), because the site would be worth it.The location is great and the views are magnificent but the owner's apathy leaves you unwilling to return.

An unpleasant manager

A place not to go back to.A dirty, unhygienic, and with some very nice owners.The photos seem to be retouched by photoshop, because it has nothing idyllic about it, it's to forget.Keep the beds with other people's hair, the rooms with tearañas, the dirty bathrooms and if you want a plug remembered to go down three floors, to ask the owner for a pottery portable, of course.

Engagement is deceit.

The Pallaruelo brothers treated us as if we were part of the family. The small but comfortable room (no more needed) and the clean bathrooms where you can bathe or shower with warm water. The whole house has heating and the radiators are burning. In the bar there is always an atmosphere, you can have breakfast, eat, etc. (the bread is very rich). The owners have shown us their goats and we have had good chat rats. Let's go back!!!

An ideal setting and unparalleled treatment.

A bunch of mismanagement, poor attention and lack of cleanliness caused us to advance our march because we were really uncomfortable. We arrived at 8:30 pm after warning and the room was not ready, we were made to wait two hours. We were taken to a room that was inside the owner's house; both the room and the bathroom were really dirty (he had never seen anything like it). After pointing out our lack of conformity he told us that that night we didn't get la cobraba.

If you know what I mean, I don't hate you.

We arrived at 7:00 p.m., having been warned of our arrival more than three weeks in advance... For they knew nothing of us, nor did they have the room listed. After waiting an hour and a half, and searching for the owner, who has since disappeared... we managed to get a room in a bad way and in a hurry to give us a room with the warning of at least the sheets are clean. The very small room, being untouched and unable to stand. The plugs were not working, the Wifi without news, the sheets from another century... and there were still two surprises: a mattress that sank with every move and a few extra calves to the bed. The bathroom should go to the lower level: inserting other bones, a perfectly abandoned fridge and a complete list of items that the previous owner of the hotel had been unable to keep, and we were never able to find anything else to do.

A horrible, uncomfortable and filthy place.

We arrived at 7:00 p.m., more than enough time to imagine that the pensioners were aware of our arrival and had the room ready... We arrived and met one of the owners who was going from one side to the other distraught, burdened by a non-existent saturation (only two customers were waiting for us to get a room). We assured ourselves that in twenty minutes our room would be there, taking an hour and a half to get to us... It was not until 8:30 - 9 that we begged him to give us the room, searching the entire building so that we could have dinner in time (the pension is in the backyard and you need at least 20 minutes to get to the nearest town), the most baggage was taken away.

Dirty living, uncomfortable and intolerable treatment.

We stayed one night in this boarding house, after not finding another place for two families, we knew it was very simple, but it was worse than we imagined. The bathrooms were dirty, with used towels from other people, and personal items. The rooms with spider webs. When we arrived, the rooms were not ready, and it was 6:00 p.m. However, we slept well enough, no noise and the mattresses were not bad.
